Amelia and Jack knew exactly how to close out a wedding day. 🥂🍾

A champagne pyramid poured high, the dance floor taken over with their best moves, and because one outfit was never going to be enough, a change of clothes before the last stretch of the night.

Days like this are the reason we do what we do. Congratulations 🎊

Our planner Nancy built this space around our couple's choices and vision: structured white drapes, delphinium arrangements on modern pedestals, and neutral tones that let the ocean do the rest! 🌊

Standing under the palms watching this ceremony unfold was one of our favorite memories of the year. Gracias Alexis & Jared! 🤍 🌴

Toasts came first, and they were the good kind: the whole terrace on their feet, glasses up, a few stories that got everyone laughing.

Then Amelia and Jack stepped up to the cake, cut the first slice together, and fed it to each other ... both of them laughing before they'd even taken a bite.

There's something we love about a couple who takes the traditions seriously and still can't keep a straight face through them.

Nothing like having your guests shake maracas and wear mini sombreros before the first course! 😄 🇲🇽

That energy carried straight into dinner by the sea, where family speeches at the floral-wrapped sweetheart table had everyone laughing and sharing heartfelt moments. 🥂

Alexis and Michael are just the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been friends for years within five minutes of meeting them! Once the formal parts were over, she slipped into a stunning silk halter mini, he lost the jacket, and the night took off. 🥳 💃

By this point they weren’t a client, they were Adriana's friends, which is the best part of doing this. 😁

The personal touches turned up in every corner here — mini Mexican hats and maracas tucked beside framed photos, satin napkins tied with black velvet ribbon at every table. 🇲🇽

And while their guests settled into the white lounges around the pool, Amelia and Jack stepped down toward the water as the sky turned pink and orange behind them. 🌅

The second Amelia and Jack turned around as husband and wife, the petals came down. They walked back through the garden hand in hand, past every person who'd traveled to be there. 🌹

From the kiss straight into a big group photo on the front steps, and then the two of them slipped inside on their own, just for a few quiet portraits along the marble staircase before the party pulled them back.

You can see it on their faces in every one of those shots. They were exactly where they wanted to be.

Falling pink petals, a dramatic dip in the garden, and two people who could not stop smiling! 🥰

One minute they were outside in the petals, the next Adriana had them inside for portraits and nobody felt the seam. FELICIDADES love birds, still thinking about this day. 🥂🙌

Out in the oceanfront garden, a half-arch of white florals sat against the sea line, ready for Amelia’s long lace train to sweep down the grass aisle...

January 22nd couldn't have picked a better afternoon for an outdoor ceremony. Amelia & Jack, your day at Villa La Joya started off so beautifully! 🥰 💍

When rain hit during setup, we quickly shifted the ceremony under a clear tent in the garden facing the villa's façade instead of the ocean while keeping everyone dry. 🙌🌧

Alexis called it a nightmare that turned into a dream. Some of our favorite weddings are the ones the weather tried to change. 😎
