Amanda knew the look she wanted from the start: timeless, with a modern edge. White and green florals in sculptural shapes, draped beige linens, gold flatware, and a small black velvet bow at every place setting, the tropical and the formal meeting right in the middle. 🤍

It’s the kind of design that rewards a closer look, the menu in your hands, the bow at your plate, the details a guest only notices once they’ve sat down.🥂✨

Amanda and Tanner met in university more than ten years ago, and when Tanner proposed, he did it on a beach in Maui. So saying their vows steps from the Caribbean wasn’t a coincidence, it was the whole point. 🤍

They exchanged I-do's at our main entrance, framed by towering floral vases and long calla lilies ... that mix of formal and tropical they’d imagined with our Villa Planners team. Ten years in, and the way they looked at each other said they’d happily do another ten hundred.

Swipe through for that dip kiss. 🥂

Almost a year later, Amanda & Tanner’s day is still one of our absolute favorites to look back on. Ready to see how it all unfolded? 👀🥰

I’m not sure if I believe in soulmates. Mathematically, it doesn’t technically make sense to meet the one person in the entire world you’re meant to be with. But watching you two makes me genuinely believe that maybe soulmates do exist, and you two are the improbable event that they find each other. 🤍🤍

Rain season will never stop us from creating the space of your dreams!

Colorful florals and woven rattan pendant lights adorned the entire villa, while a clear tent kept the reception area completely dry for the rest of the evening. ✨

This wedding had it all: a mariachi band, fire dancers, and Adriana (yes, that's our favorite planner) and Ignacio pouring an espresso martini tower together. 💐🍸

The best part of a Fairmont Mayakoba wedding? You don't have to choose. Classic church ceremony or private terrace reception ... you get both. 🤍

Brittany & Jobin started inside the picturesque chapel at El Pueblito Mayakoba, then moved to the Terraza Lawn for dinner. Two completely different settings, one love celebration.

Bright orange running down the family-style tables, tropical centerpieces, and Mayakoba doing what Mayakoba does behind all of it. 😍🥂

When Alexis and Jared’s crew hit the reception in baby-blue silk and light linen, you already knew where the night was headed!! Our bride wanted the room to feel timeless while also honoring their pups, on the bar signs. 😍 🐶

That balance between elegance and fun is always where the best receptions happen. 🥂✨

Amelia and Jack knew exactly how to close out a wedding day. 🥂🍾

A champagne pyramid poured high, the dance floor taken over with their best moves, and because one outfit was never going to be enough, a change of clothes before the last stretch of the night.

Days like this are the reason we do what we do. Congratulations 🎊

Our planner Nancy built this space around our couple's choices and vision: structured white drapes, delphinium arrangements on modern pedestals, and neutral tones that let the ocean do the rest! 🌊

Standing under the palms watching this ceremony unfold was one of our favorite memories of the year. Gracias Alexis & Jared! 🤍 🌴

Toasts came first, and they were the good kind: the whole terrace on their feet, glasses up, a few stories that got everyone laughing.

Then Amelia and Jack stepped up to the cake, cut the first slice together, and fed it to each other ... both of them laughing before they'd even taken a bite.

There's something we love about a couple who takes the traditions seriously and still can't keep a straight face through them.
