Total transformation from the inside out through leadership, mentorship, & entrepreneurship.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every year, women enter our program carrying more than just the weight of incarceration. They carry isolation, shattered dreams, and the fear that nothing will ever change.

But at EWOP, we’ve watched those fears fade and be replaced by courage, healing, and hope. That kind of transformation doesn’t happen by chance. It happens because of generous people who choose to show up. Again and again.

That’s why we’re launching The Empowered Alliance, a growing community of monthly donors walking with our women as they reclaim their futures.

We’re calling on 50 new monthly donors by the end of September to multiply this impact!

💥 Be one of them. Join The Empowered Alliance today.

Imagine this… 👀

45 Aggie students and staff go to prison to put their entrepreneurial skills to work 👍🏼

One of our absolute favorite days of the year… Aggie Day! The room was full of ideas, encouragement, thoughtful feedback, and plenty of Aggie spirit as Texas A&M students and staff worked alongside the women of EWOP as they prepare for the Business Plan Competition.

Turns out, a little maroon goes a long way😉 Gig ’em! 👍🏼

There’s nothing like watching an idea come to life! ✨

The women of EWOP took an exciting step in their Business semester during our Business Pitch & Reveal event last week.

After months of learning, creating, and developing their business ideas, each woman had seven minutes to pitch her business to an incredible group of volunteers and industry professionals. They received insightful feedback and had the opportunity to strengthen their ideas and grow their confidence.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who took time out of their day to listen, encourage, share their expertise, and pour into the women of EWOP. 🩷

We’re grateful for partners who continue to show up for the women of EWOP, both inside prison and as they navigate life after release. 💛

This year, Sweet Deeds has hosted three 8-week groups for EWOP alumni, creating space to talk through the real challenges of reentry, from parenting and work to anxiety, time management, processing emotions, and more.

Most recently, they joined us inside the unit for a conversation around “Hope Is Built,” exploring how suffering can build endurance, endurance shapes character, and through it all, hope is built.

Thank you, Sweet Deeds, for your continued partnership and for walking alongside the women of EWOP through every stage of the journey. We are so grateful for the work you do! by @ewoptx

Some of the most meaningful moments in the EWOP program happen when the women we serve have the opportunity to put what they have learned into practice and share it with people who believe in their potential.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for our upcoming Business Pitch & Reveal and Business Plan Competition. Your support helps us create meaningful, professional experiences for the women who have spent months developing their skills, confidence, and business plans.

CBC, you did it again!

There was a need, and you didn’t just meet it...you exceeded it. We are beyond blessed by the incredible amount of supplies collected this week!

These donations are such a gift to EWOP and to the women we serve. They help keep our program running smoothly inside the unit and ensure the women have the essential supplies they need to learn, grow, and feel like they’re in a normal classroom environment.

Thank you to everyone who gave so generously. Your kindness is making a real difference, and we are so grateful! taken in Community Bible Church by @ewoptx
