Wellbeing Wednesday:
🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness 🎀

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so this week we are taking a moment to raise awareness and encourage everyone to get to know their own bodies 🫶

Most breast changes are not cancer, but it’s always better to get something checked if you’re concerned!

There is lots of information available on the NHS website too if you would like to find out more 💕
