Hi 👋🏼 for those who don’t know me, I’m Lorraine @exploreraine! Chartered certified accountant and seasoned explorer 🧭

I’m very excited to announce I have set up as a fully licensed Independent Travel Consultant (ABTA & ATOL) and founder of my very own travel business. Turning my lifelong passion into something tangible that I can now share with others.

•

Several months ago I made three key decisions, and each has contributed to a meaningful and positive transformation:

1️⃣👋🏼 ..to walk away from a toxic environment that no longer served me.

2️⃣🌴 ..to buy our dream home-from-home in Florida @sunsetpalmvilla and invest in our future.

3️⃣💡 ..to listen to my instincts and follow a powerhouse of a woman (she knows who she is..) into this world of Travel, without any prior experience (other than an obscene amount of holidays under my belt..)

I completed my training and became a licensed Independent Travel Consultant, with the ability to offer ABTA & ATOL protected travel to my clients, and a personalised concierge service.

•

I have always been that person who loves researching, analysing and building incredible travel itineraries for myself, friends & family… the very definition of an unpaid travel agent. For years, I have unknowingly gifted my hard-earned commissions away to hotels and online booking platforms! 💸 Well, no more! 😊

I have full access to my own travel industry booking platform, leveraging the innovative software available. I benefit from unlimited training and support, with access to over 90 established brands and trusted suppliers in this industry. All of these factors combine with my professional skillset to elevate my approach to booking travel - enabling me to deliver competitive quotes and excellent service for my clients.

•

I’m excited for the future and proud to be part of one of the most dynamic industries there is!

When you’re part of something bigger than yourself…
You recognise that community is everything.

I celebrate wins, resilience, and personal growth with my team, my business partners, my peers, and our founder. It’s important to mark what we’ve all achieved together so far.

Knowing that we are only just getting started…
Well, that’s a special feeling.

Life is all about positioning and taking opportunities when they present themselves.

New markets are opening. There has never been a better time to jump in.

If you want more, let’s meet in the DMs. taken in Oasis Bar & Terrace by @exploreraine

Mid-week I was treated to brunch in Fitzrovia by one of my business partners, in recognition of being one of the top performers. I was in good company too looking around this table of doctors and consultants 🫶 What a wonderful, generous surprise. One founder recognising the efforts of another. A true effort-based business model based on fairness. You won’t find this in corporate.

To top off a brilliant day, I was greeted with thoughtful gifts to celebrate my milestone achieved earlier this week for growth in my organisation. Truly unexpected 🙏✨

Two years ago we were complete strangers. Fast forward to now, I can’t imagine them not being in my life.

If there is something that you want to try, please just do it. No excuses!👏

💭What happens when the high achievers come together, having realised one income stream is too close to none?💡They disrupt the status quo.
•
Saturday was spent with some of my business partners and the energy was next level 📈 We are a diverse group in this room: doctors, tech leads, lawyers, accountants, and consultants - all building something we actually own and control.
•
Pivoting is brave. Building a business takes discipline, consistency and a strong work ethic, but the journey is so worth it - it’s not just about the destination! It’s about who you become and who you connect with along the way. You’re never alone in our team.
•
If you’re at the top of your field, it’s likely you’re craving more time freedom. This is your sign to build an additional income stream and create options for your future and a legacy income for generations to come.
•
Come see for yourself the highlighted gap between a traditional career path and the flexibility of an online business.
