This time next week, I’ll be back in Orlando for my second annual convention and I can’t wait 🤩

There’s something pretty special about being in a room with thousands of ambitious people who share that same hunger for more. People with big goals, big vision and, importantly, the willingness to learn and work for it.

I’ve worked in some incredible environments over the years, in the US and Europe, but I’ve genuinely never experienced energy quite like it.

I can’t wait to expand my mind, learn more, grow more and soak up everything I can from people who started from zero, just like me, and have gone on to build large, powerful organisations in less than 10 years.

And I can’t wait to be back with people I met there last year who have since become friends.

This trip feels very different this time around. Last year I had absolutely no idea what to expect and TBH, I found the whole thing pretty overwhelming. It took me a while afterwards to process it all and fully understand the scale of the opportunity at my fingertips.

This year feels very different.

I know what I’m walking into. I understand the opportunity so much more. And I’ve already grown so much since last year, in this business, personally, and in ways I definitely didn’t expect.

So I’m going back with a very different mindset.

Ready to take more in, to learn and grow more.

Orlando round two. Take me higher 🚀

Controversial opinion: “Work-life balance” does not exist. So please stop exhausting yourself trying to find it! Instead, build a work-life blend with us. It’s 10X more fulfilling and sustainable long-term, whilst providing you with a Plan B for the future. 🗺️

Moments like this London meet-up always hit different these days. They’re a huge reminder of why so many of us started building an online stream of income on the side of our professions. It was not to quit our careers, but for genuine flexibility, real freedom, and to find a creative circle that encourages each other to level up. Whilst having a lot of fun along the way✨

We’re a crew of full-time working professionals and business owners using our spare hours to build a flexible income that grows and compounds, all without walking away from our “day jobs”. No competition (except with ⚡️shuffleboard 😜), we share exact strategies, learn together, champion each other, and keep each other accountable.

If you’re tired of letting your schedule control your whole life, and you want something for you👇 drop “BLEND” in the comments or in my DMs and I’ll send over the exact breakdown of this opportunity and how our community operates. It might just be the answer you’ve been searching for 💫

You are right, you don’t have time. That was one of the lessons that hit hardest at an industry event I attended yesterday.

I’m glad I had the opportunity to get into a room with people who are equally hungry for more life, who want to build alongside me. What a great investment in myself, getting inspired, getting my mind expanded.

I choose to show up, keep learning, growing and building and I love doing it alongside new friends and old. One of which an old TIME buddy of mine @ehatabschaefer who was over from NYC, joined my biz on my birthday last year, and for the first time in over a decade we saw each other again. I love when things come full circle. ✨

My biggest takeaway? People say they don’t have time. And they’re right. You don’t have time to waste. Don’t wait until tomorrow. Tomorrow may never come.
If you want more and you’re done waiting, talk to me. 👇🏼

👋🏼 Hi, I’m Nina, ex-corporate turned yoga teacher, mum of two, building an online travel business around my life. I share travel, wellness, mindset shifts and how to create flexible income.

Any ex or current TIMErs, you know where to find me. 😉

Mid-week I was treated to brunch in Fitzrovia by one of my business partners, in recognition of being one of the top performers. I was in good company too looking around this table of doctors and consultants 🫶 What a wonderful, generous surprise. One founder recognising the efforts of another. A true effort-based business model based on fairness. You won’t find this in corporate.

To top off a brilliant day, I was greeted with thoughtful gifts to celebrate my milestone achieved earlier this week for growth in my organisation. Truly unexpected 🙏✨

Two years ago we were complete strangers. Fast forward to now, I can’t imagine them not being in my life.

If there is something that you want to try, please just do it. No excuses!👏

Work and play at the beautiful Caravan in Fitzrovia. Two years ago we were complete strangers.
Today we’re sitting in a London brunch spot building a business with almost 900 travel agents across the world and growing each day.

No “perfect timing.”
No master plan.
Just a shared vision, consistency, hard conversations, belief, and a decision to back ourselves before the results existed. This group were my incentive winners, the top performers. Message me ‘travel’ to learn how you can be mentored by one of us and join us next time.

Wild what can happen in two years when women stop waiting to feel ready and start building anyway. ✨

Some of my deepest friendships have come from the most unexpected place - business.

But here we are.
Friendships that started with a DM or a conference handshake… and turned into the people I call when life gets hard, when a win hits different, when I need someone who just gets it.

Friends who answer the voice notes at weird hours, hype you up when self-doubt creeps in, celebrate every win like it’s their own, pull you forward when you want to quit, build alongside you and want to see you win

Disney trips, team dinners, zooms, conferences in cities we’d never have visited. Coffee dates that turn into 3-hour conversations about life, business, and everything in between.

These people have changed my life.

And I have a whole list of people in my heart, people I know would love this, who just can’t see it for themselves yet. I’m so ready for the moment it clicks for them. I can’t wait to take them along for this wild ride 🎢

And if you’re out there, hungry for more, wanting the freedom, the growth, the fun... but really just wanting people who get you.
That’s what this is.

The door is open when you’re ready, send me a message and let’s talk ✨
