Rating hobbies i’ve tried in my 20’s 💃🏼

what’s your favorite hobby that you’ve picked up in the last couple years?

LOOOOOVE concerts! I used to hate them lol but then I went to a good one and was hooked. Definitely not fun if you don’t know the artist well though.

I cannot express how rewarding it is so grow some of your own food. Soooo satisfying and makes you appreciate all the work that goes into the fruit and vegetables you eat. Also they taste wayyy better when they’re homegrown 🍅🍓

My ride or die. Definitely a life long passion of mine! Always looking at things through a photography lens.

Okay so I started reading last year and read 50+ books in 2025 and have read like 2 this year LOL. I can’t stop falling asleep two pages in now 😴

It was fun though and pretty much free if you use Libby to rent out your kindle books.

It’s the best feeling when you finally get to the top of the hike and see views like this. The dogs also love it. It lost a point because you have to drive so far for everything and it’s not easy lol.

I love paddleboarding but RARELY do it because getting everything set up is the biggest pain in the butt. I’m tired before I even start paddling.

Honestly a last ditch effort to try to get out in the mountains during the winter. The dogs like it but wow it hurts your hips. Maybe i’m just out of shape haha. It’s also COLD 🥶

Baking is so satisfying. It lost points because i’m gluten free which makes everything harder. I also can’t really bake in the summer because we have no AC 🥵

Thrift shopping is top tier for me. I love the sustainability aspect of it and I also like the unique items I can find. Minus a point because some thrift stores *cough* goodwill *cough* have been charging CRAZY prices lately.

My number 1 hobby! Nothing quite compares but it’s not for everybody.

I am getting married on a cruise ship and here is what I did for my bridesmaids gifts 💍🛳️ (AD)

I wanted to stick with the nautical theme while keeping the gifts practical, custom to the person, and reusable. One of my all time favorite beach items are my Boat and Tote bags from @llbean, so I knew I had to center my gifts around these. Each bridesmaid gift was an embroidered bag with the persons name on it, as well as some handmade bag charms, and a message in a bottle asking them to be my bridesmaid. Now my bridal party will have matching bags to bring take on the cruise ☀️

How I handle concerts with POTS 🧂🥄

I think I’ve got my concert routine down pretty well now after years of practice and trial and error.

Before the concert 🎶
• fuel up on electrolytes
• l-theanine to calm your adrenaline
• eat a good meal
• pack backup medication, water bottle, etc.
• dress in layers, I prefer to dress like I am going to be hot and pack an extra sweater to throw on top

During the concert 🎶
• Make sure you have seats
• fill up your refillable water bottle at a water bottle refill station
• use earplugs

We had such a blast at the concert last night! We got upgraded to floor seats and had such a good view and even got a setlist at the end!

Bigfoot turns two 🥳

Literally cannot believe he’s already 2 years old! He has been the best puppy and has taught me so much already. He got me back into agility and we’ve been on such a fun journey since. I love his adaptability to just be thrown into any situation and adjust seamlessly. He has such a big heart and natural willingness to please. I say it all the time, but I would have 10 of him if I could. My perfect little puppy 🖤 Happy birthday to all of his siblings as well! It’s been such a privilege to be able to watch all the littermates blossom.
