Hello Crafty Friends and welcome to the CASE It Instagram Hop!! We are a group of online crafty friends who will be playing with the idea of Copy and Share Everything each month.

What it means is that each of us will find a project on Instagram that inspires us and we will share that project as well as the project we’ve created, inspired by the original. We aren’t here to perfectly copy a creation. Rather, we want to show how we can be inspired to “make it our own” from something someone else made.

The second image shows the project that inspired me this month.

I was inspired by @tiffany.solorio
She is a MASTER of inky, beautiful backgrounds💙 I used a slightly different color palette. I pounced distress oxides on the Flourish stencil from Gina K and sprayed with water, splattered some more once dry. I stamped and die cut a more detailed butterfly from @ginakdesigns I colored it with alcohol markers. Then used a simple strip sentiment. What do you think?

Welcome to the Stencil Fun IG Hop.

We are a group of crafty friends who have stencils that need to be used! We will be hopping on the 12th of each month to make sure our stencils don’t get neglected.
This month the optional theme is FLOWERS. Can’t wait to see what everyone has chosen.
