Today, I spent a little of my free time drawing something just for the fun of it.

Maybe it’s because I’ve been getting so much ACOTAR inspiration lately, but I felt like drawing Elain 👀

And since this was just a personal piece, I decided to revisit my looser, sketchier linework, which I used to draw with a lot more! In fact, this is literally the original sketch linework, completely uncleaned 🙈

Huge thank you to @eyasei_ who did such an absolutely beautiful job in this. Cannot get over how good it is and how perfect their expressions and the hand placement is. 😩

A few days ago, I received the most beautiful gift from @giadacarini.author: her book Free Spirits 🖤

I had the pleasure of working with her and bringing some of her characters to life through art… and now I finally get to meet them properly on the page 🤭

Thank you so much, Giada, for sending me this beautiful copy 🫶

I am so excited to finally share this stunning new piece by @eyasei_!! 🥹😍😍

I am absolutely obsessed with how this turned out 😭😭 I can’t stop looking at it, honestly!! 🤭 The details on their clothes, their hair, their expressions… I love everything about it!! Penelope just looks so beautiful, and Gray… 🥵😮‍💨 just LOOK AT HIM. Eyasei absolutely nailed them both!! 🖤🖤

I’m so grateful to have worked with Eyasei on so many artworks now, and I think it’s safe to say her art has played such a huge part in helping me bring False Legacies to life and build excitement for this story. I use her artworks almost every day, and I genuinely couldn’t be more thankful for everything she’s created 🥹

“Cillian, don’t you dare,” she warned. He ignored her and scooped her up, slinging her over her shoulders like she was a barrel of rum. “Put me down!” she raged. “If you won’t listen to me, then I have no choice,” he said.
