We’re always looking for an excuse to brag on our people… and this one is an easy one.

If you know Erica York, you know she’s always working hard on something, lately, that “something” has been pretty special.

For the last three years, Erica has been building in Little Rock’s opportunity zones, and recently she took it a step further by partnering with the City of Little Rock through its land bank initiative to acquire land and build affordable housing right here in our community.

And apparently Little Rock was ready for it. 👏

The finished home received multiple offers on the FIRST DAY and quickly went under contract, showing just how much demand there is for quality homes under $200K in our city.

Erica isn’t just building houses. She’s investing in neighborhoods, creating more opportunities for homeownership, and playing a small part in bringing new life back to areas of Little Rock that deserve it.
