When we’re inspecting a flat roof, we’re not just looking for an obvious hole or visible damage.

We’re looking at the details.

Are the seams fully welded?
Are the penetration points sealed correctly?
Is the roofing system properly tied into the parapet walls and termination bar?

These are some of the areas where small installation issues can eventually turn into water intrusion and much bigger problems inside your roofing system.
