Sometimes the people who help save you don’t even know they’re doing it.

There are seasons where you’re carrying things quietly.

You’re showing up.
You’re working.
You’re training.
You’re doing everything you can to keep moving.

And the people around you may have no idea how much their presence matters.

Sometimes just having somebody there is enough.

A brother in the gym.
A friend who keeps showing up.
Someone who reminds you that you’re not alone, even if you never say what you’re going through.

That’s what real brotherhood looks like.

Not always having the perfect words.

Just being present.

At 1GM, that’s one of the things we value most.

Having people in your life who can help carry you through the hard seasons — sometimes without even realizing how much they’re helping.

That kind of community changes people.

A new roof is more than a finished product.

It’s everything that happens before the last piece goes down.

The prep.
The materials.
The installation.
The details that make sure the system performs the way it’s supposed to for years to come.

That’s why choosing the right contractor matters.

At 1GM, we don’t just want a roof to look good when we leave.

We want it installed correctly, built to last, and backed by a team that stands behind the work.

Another roof completed.
Another property protected.
Another job we’re proud to put the 1GM name on.

If your roof is showing signs of age, damage, or leaks, let our team take a look and give you an honest assessment

You don’t have to be the most talented person in the room.

You just have to be willing to keep working when everybody else gets comfortable.

That’s the difference.

Anybody can talk about how hard they work.

Anybody can tell you what they used to be.

What matters is what you’re doing now.

Are you still pushing yourself?

Are you still learning?

Are you still finding another level?

Because there’s always someone behind you trying to catch up.

And the moment you decide you’ve arrived is usually the moment you start falling behind.

For me, the goal has never been to prove I’m better than everybody else.

It’s to keep becoming better than the version of myself from yesterday.

I’ve never been the most talented.

But I’ve always been willing to work.

And I’m not stopping now.

That’s what 1GM is.

A culture built around people who refuse to get comfortable with who they are today.

We’ve had the fortunate opportunity to impact a lot of lives. Sometimes we need to remind ourselves and our team why we started this journey in the first place. 1GM was built on a community of people who wanted to be cursebreakers. People who wanted to change their families for generations to come. That desire dictates how we show up in every situation every single day. Whether it’s for our families, for our fitness, for our faith, or in our work we’re breaking chains every single day.

Your environment will either reinforce your goals or constantly fight against them.

That’s why we’re building this space the way we are.

A gym for the team.
A place to eat and recover.
A place to meet.
A place to think.
A place to challenge each other.
A place to stay locked in.

Because becoming better isn’t just about motivation.

It’s about creating an environment where the habits you want are easier to live out every day.

If fitness matters, make it accessible.

If brotherhood matters, create space to spend time together.

If growth matters, create a room where hard conversations can happen.

If the vision matters, build an environment that keeps everyone connected to it.

That’s what this new facility represents for us.

Not just a nicer office.

A place intentionally built around the kind of men, leaders, and team we’re trying to become.

That’s what 1GM is.

Building the environment, the habits, and the people that bring the vision to life.

My dad chose me when I wasn’t his and he led me into the man I am today.

Sometimes the man you become is shaped by the man you needed growing up.

For me, becoming a father was always the goal.

I knew what it felt like to grow up questioning whether I was enough.

I knew what it felt like to expect people to leave before they ever had the chance to.

And somewhere along the way, I made a decision:

I was never going to become the man I felt like I didn’t have.

I was going to be present.
I was going to show up.
I was going to love my kids well.

But as I grew, I realized being a father meant more than just being good to my children.

It meant being a husband.
It meant being a provider.
It meant being dependable.
It meant building the kind of stability my family could actually trust.

That’s the kind of growth we talk about at 1GM.

Not just becoming more successful.

Becoming the man your family can rely on.

Breaking generational curses isn’t just about making more money.

Sometimes it looks like becoming the husband you never saw growing up.

Being the son your family can rely on.

Being the brother who shows up.

Being the example your kids can look at and say:

“That’s how I want to live.”

Real legacy is built in the roles you carry every day.

How you lead.
How you love.
How you respond.
How consistent you are when nobody is watching.

At 1GM, that’s what “first generation” means.

Being willing to look at the patterns you inherited and decide:

This one stops with me.

Not out of bitterness.

Out of responsibility.

Because the goal isn’t just to build a better life for yourself.

It’s to create a better standard for the people who come after you.

That’s what 1GM is.

Breaking cycles, setting the example, and becoming the person your family can build from.

Anybody can have faith when everything is going right.

When the contract gets signed.
When the money hits.
When the business is growing.
When the family is healthy.
When life looks exactly how you hoped it would.

The real test is what happens when it doesn’t.

When you’re in the middle of the uncertainty.
When the answer hasn’t come yet.
When you’re still waiting.
When the pressure is real.

That’s where faith becomes a choice.

Not:

“God, I’ll trust you if this works out.”

But:

“God, I trust you. Period.”

You may not always get to choose your circumstances.

But you do get to choose your response.

At 1GM, we believe growth means learning how to respond with faith before the breakthrough—not just gratitude after it.

Whatever you’re facing today, don’t let worry be the first thing you reach for.

Put praise before worry.

Everybody wants the result. Very few people respect the timeline.

It’s easy to look at where someone is today and assume it happened fast.

The bigger team.
The opportunities.
The growth.
The environment.
The confidence.

But most of the time, you’re looking at the result of years of work nobody saw.

1GM started with a handful of people meeting at Starbucks.

Now the room looks different.

But the work behind it didn’t happen overnight.

And neither did the personal growth.

Even after years of pushing toward bigger financial, physical, and personal goals, doubt still shows up.

The difference is learning how to recognize it, reach for the right people, remember what you’ve already overcome, and keep moving.

That’s what growth really looks like.

Not never doubting yourself.

Just getting better at not letting doubt control you.

That’s what 1GM is.

A reminder that the finish line people see is usually built on years of unseen work.

You can look successful in one area and still be losing everywhere else.

That’s something a lot of people don’t talk about.

You can be on stage.
You can be getting recognition.
You can look like everything is working.

And still be struggling financially.
Still be unhealthy.
Still be disconnected.
Still be avoiding the parts of your life that need the most work.

The real pressure starts when you decide to stop compartmentalizing growth.

When you start trying to build your faith, your family, your fitness, your finances, your relationships, and your leadership at the same time.

That takes grit.

And it takes people around you who are willing to challenge you when your ego wants to protect the version of you that’s comfortable.

Sometimes the frustration you feel toward the people pushing you isn’t because they’re wrong.

It’s because they’re asking you to become someone you haven’t fully become yet.

That’s what 1GM is.

A brotherhood that isn’t satisfied with helping you win in one area while everything else gets ignored.

The goal is to build the whole person.
