A preview of one of our exclusive dishes for our upcoming collab with our friends @yeobodarlingrestaurant !
Entirely vegetarian - a golden beetroot kheema served alongside a jalapeño and mango sauce.
We’ve taken great lengths and creativity to make something that represents our Californian inspired cuisine, creating noodle strands from beets and wrapping it around a minced beet filling.
