I like to keep things light hearted and don’t normally share posts like this, but I think it’s important to celebrate when you’re proud of your efforts.

The past few months for me have been exhausting. Between working my corporate job, fitness coaching, trying to build an app, and generally trying not to lose my sanity, finding time to train and prioritize this goal of cutting down my Hyrox time was very hard.

6 months ago I cramped up halfway through the race and hobbled through the finish, and today I achieved a goal of Sub 1:10! If you’re training for a race, remember that everyone starts somewhere, everyone goes at their own pace, and everyone can improve!

For me, it’s a fun silly race, but whether it’s career, relationships, financial, fitness, go after your goals and find the time!!

In case you’ve been wondering, no I didn’t quite my corporate job!! Excel calls me back. Some days just look a little bit longer now but I couldn’t be happier with where I’m at! Super excited for this new chapter and excited where it might take me!
