This is what it is all about 👏

We love partnering with @clubathleticofficial for our Saturday Captain’s Practices and it gets even better when our own community is leading the room.

@ez.train has been a long standing member of AthletEX and tomorrow he is our coach for our 10:00 AM session in FiDi.

Come show up! See you tomorrow 👀

Scraping & Scapula Release therapy is the ultimate way to help break up muscle knots, release built-up tension, and improve circulation to support faster recovery and relief.

This technique is especially beneficial for athletes and active individuals by helping scrape along tight muscles and fascia to reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and help your body move and feel better naturally.
🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Scraping & Scapula Release Therapy can help:
• Speed up muscle recovery
• Reduce soreness and tightness
• Improve flexibility and range of motion
• Increase blood flow to overworked muscles
• Support performance and injury prevention
