Athlete Focused, Science Driven

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

You have all heard about creatine 💥 and how it can benefit 💪🏻 athletic performance. Many of you have tried it with adverse side effects, water retention, GI issues, bloating and saw no performance benefits. Did you know that F2C Nutrition has an endurance focused monohydrate creatine – Kre-Alkalyn Endurance Creatine.

THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE CREATINE.

Kre-Alkalyn Endurance the only creatine monohydrate with a pH between 12-14 —thanks to patented tech that keeps it ultra stable and super effective. Stability is the key to getting the proper dosage.

Buffered pH so it absorbs better and hits harder with no digestive upset. Mild, unflavoured and mixes easily in any beverage.

Unlike traditional creatine, the clinical dosage of Kre-Alkalyn Endurance delivers results without having to pre-load, take in combination with carbs or cycle off

Real results from clinical trials: improves stamina, endurance and VO₂ max. Enhances cognitive function: improves memory, attention and processing speed.

No bloating. No crash. Just pure power. #creatine #krealkalyn #f2cnutrition #f2cpoweringchampions by @f2cnutrition

FAQ Glyco-Durance Pocket Fuel Addition!

1. Isn’t the Pocket Fuel mix the same as Glyco-Durance?

It is true that our Pocket fuel uses the same key ingredients - Karbolyn Endurance (our potato and rice carb source) electrolytes (400 mg of input sodium citrate, 100 mg of input magnesium bisglycinate, and 213mg of potassium citrate per serving) and 100mg Sustalyn. We have blended Pocket Fuel specifically for gels. Less electrolytes, less water needed to mix per serving and a lighter flavouring.

2. Why don’t you do it as a single gel, why a powder mix?

While we haven’t ruled out using single servings, we are conscious of the volume of plastics and trash that it will create. Using a refillable hand held like the HydraPak Nutrition Soft Flask helps keep the litter to a minimum. In a dry powder format Glyco-Durance Pocket Fuel has a 5 year shelf life which conventional gel packs can’t match. The cost factor is also important - per gel mix serving Pocket Fuel is half the cost compared to other premium gels on the market. We are also big on personalizing nutrition and our gel powder mix can do that easily.

3. Is it still customizable like Glyco-Durance?

Absolutely! F2C Nutrition has always been a big fan of personalizing nutrition. That is why we have a variety of flavours of our Glyco-Durance including our RAW which has no electrolytes and Unflavoured. Our Pocket Fuel Gel mix is the same. We have an Unflavoured RAW version that you can mix together with one of our flavours - Lemon, Summer Berry or Raspberry (which is also caffeinated!!) Combining them together creates a gel that is customized to you with the amount of electrolytes you need, caffeine,- if you want it, volume of carbs and intensity of flavour.

4. Will you do a gel in the future?

Like we said - we haven’t ruled it out - we may do some larger sized multi-servings…. but not at the moment. Many races are moving to or no longer allowing single serve gels on course due to the waste factor. #f2cnutrition #pocketfuel #f2cpoweringchampions #glycodurance by @f2cnutrition
