Painting wildlife with a splash of abstract and a dash of whimsy—basically animals with personality are my very favourite subjects😄

FINALLY!!! 🤣🎨
I actually got around to painting a few pieces for the gallery!

And OMG… it felt SO GOOD to get back at it. ❤️
No rules. No behaving. Just me, my brushes, a few questionable artistic decisions 🤣 and apparently an entire wildlife convention happening under the moon. 🫎🐻‍❄️🐴🐦‍⬛🌙
I had forgotten how much fun it is to just let my imagination wander and see who shows up on the canvas. And judging by these four… everybody showed up. 🤣🤣
A little whimsical, a little weird, a little wild… and a healthy dose of Fabism thrown in for good measure. 😜
Now off to the gallery they maybe going… before I decide they all look fabulous in MY house. 😂❤️

SOLD OUT! 🎨🖼️
My heart is overflowing with gratitude.
I am beyond thrilled that my artwork sold out at both the Calgary Stampede Mini Masterpieces and the Grade 12 Scholarship Fundraiser. To everyone who chose to take one of my pieces home, thank you for believing in my art and supporting what I love to create.
A heartfelt thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who made these events such a success. Your dedication creates wonderful opportunities for artists while supporting meaningful causes in our community.
Knowing that my paintings have found new homes—and that they also helped contribute to a scholarship for graduating students—makes this experience even more special.
Thank you for your support, your encouragement, and for making art a part of your lives. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
🎨❤️

HORSES!
They arrived quietly, carrying the spirit of wide-open skies and untamed dreams.
With every brushstroke, they found their voice—strong, gentle, and free.
Now they stands proudly at @bluerockgallery
waiting for the one who will pause, connect, and see their story.
Until then, they will remind us that some souls are never meant to be contained…
they are simply meant to be admired, loved, and allowed to run wild

Join us this Saturday, May 9 from 10 AM – 2 PM at Bluerock Gallery to see our collaborative exhibition THE GIRL NEXT DOOR.

Through recurring images of women, animals, and birds, Fabienne and I explore themes of familiarity, connection, and the hidden complexity beneath the surface. Our distinct styles create a conversation that feels both instinctual and deeply human.

Come experience the exhibition, chat with us and discover the stories behind the work before the show closes May 11.

There's no better day than one spent on the mountain! These kiddos are helping me get ultra race-prepared and having a blast - they're the real MVPs! Sweltering heat today meant multiple snow-roll breaks for these cuties. #ultrarace #sinister #happydog #malinois #mountaincalling 🏔️🏕️ taken in Moose Mountain (Alberta) by @fabl_studio

From “The girl next door show”MOOSE RIVER CROSSING - 30x40 framed
Available at @bluerockgallery

A moose in a boat, too small by far,
Drifts slow beneath the evening star.
His antlers tilt with quiet grace,
As ripples part to let him pass in place.
The river hums a gentle tune,
Silvered soft by rising moon.
He does not rush, nor seem to care,
Just floats between the here and there.
A borrowed craft, a fleeting ride—
The forest waits the other side.
……………………………….
The gallery offers shipping options as well.
