Good Fortune, transformed. 🖤

We’re not the type to do cheesy Instagram reels but we couldn’t resist to post a little teaser for the show tonight 😉

We’ve been looking forward to this one. The room is ready, the sound is dialed in, and tonight we bring techno to the floor with The Advent for 3 hours.

St. Pete, we’ve missed this. Can’t wait to be back together, locked in and moving as one.

See you on the dance floor.

Artist Spotlight: The Advent

A true electronic music pioneer

It’s not every show that we get the chance to host an absolute legend.

I know that word gets thrown around pretty easily these days, but let’s be real here. What Cisco Ferreira, aka The Advent, has accomplished over more than 30 years is fucking remarkable.

Cisco was there before techno was what we know it as today. He released his first music in 1988, worked as a sound engineer alongside pioneers like Derrick May, Marshall Jefferson, Adonis and Fingers Inc., and became one of the early pioneers of the live techno performance. In 1993, he formed The Advent with Colin McBean, and together they helped define a raw, energetic sound that fused techno, electro, acid and funk in a way that still sounds relevant decades later.

His catalog reads like a history lesson in underground electronic music, with releases on some of the most influential labels in the genre including Tresor, Internal, FFRR, International Deejay Gigolo, Electrix, Klockworks, Mord, Kombination Research and more. Along the way, he’s collaborated with and shared studios, records and projects with artists including Industrialyzer, Joey Beltram, Davide Squillace, Cari Lekebusch, Steve Rachmad, Mark Broom and his longtime collaborator Colin McBean aka Mr. G.

And then there’s the live history. Tresor. Berghain. Awakenings. Nature One. Fabrik. Lehmann. Decades of clubs, festivals and underground spaces around the world, continuing to deliver the same uncompromising approach to techno that has defined his career from the beginning.

This isn’t nostalgia. This is a living piece of techno history who is still actively producing, performing and pushing forward.

As usual, we’re giving @ciscoadvent three hours to do what he does best.

See you on the dancefloor 🖤

ORLANDO 🔊 We’re back! After nearly 5 years, we welcome back Brennen Grey for a special ALL NIGHT LONG performance.

Brennen holds a special place in Fader history. He was the first artist we ever booked (overall & for our 1st warehouse party), and now we are bringing him back for a full night of dark, driving, high-energy techno at Iron Cow.

From EDC Vegas and Movement Detroit to warehouses at 5am, Brennen has spent years pushing the sound forward. With support from Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin and Victor Ruiz, and the recent launch of his own label GRY LBL, there’s plenty of momentum behind this one.

& with EDC Orlando happening that weekend, there’s no better way to close out Night 1 🎇

Don’t miss this extended OPEN TO CLOSE set by Brennen Grey Friday, Nov. 6 😈

Another chapter written on the dancefloor. Highlights from a night defined by movement, connection, and sound.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Marcal’s Florida debut and helped create another unforgettable chapter in the Fader story. These nights are more than events. They’re collections of memories built by the people who choose to live in the moment and share the space together.

A huge thank you to Marcal for taking us on a journey, and to Mislabel and Rhèō for setting the tone with a memorable opening b2b set.

To the dancers who brought the energy from start to finish, Coastal Creative for providing the space, and the Fader team working behind the scenes to make it all possible — thank you. None of this exists without your support.

📸: special thanks to @scarpamedia for the epic shots

Artist Spotlight: Marcal 🇧🇷

Hailing from Goiânia, Brazil, Marcal is a rare bright light who has ascended to prominence in the electronic music scene. His keen sensitivity to groove and mastery in crafting evolving sonic textures have earned him recognition for his powerful low-end and innovative sound design. Marcal blends captivating grooves with psychedelic atmospheres and an avant-garde outlook, creating a unique and immersive auditory experience.

Marcal’s sets exemplify his storytelling prowess, seamlessly integrating dynamically rhythmic arrangements with deep basslines, syncopated percussions, and meticulously crafted textures and effects. His versatility, driven by a broad musical palette, shines whether he’s performing extended marathon sets or more focused sessions, ensuring a compelling and cohesive sonic tale.

Deeply influenced by his Brazilian heritage’s vibrant rhythms and shamanistic traditions, Marcal skillfully merges these elements with futuristic themes. This synthesis results in a soundscape that evokes a primal “lost in the jungle” sensation and an otherworldly allure. Tracks like “Bionic Jungle” from the acclaimed EP “Cyber Dystopia” highlight his innovative approach, blending contrasting elements into a continuous, forward-thinking musical voyage.

Marcal’s dedication and artistry are evident in his acclaimed releases on prominent labels such as Rekids, Enemy, and Token. His distinctive style, characterized by a mix of tribal influences and cutting-edge sounds, firmly establishes him as an influential presence on the global stage.

Make sure you don’t miss Marcal’s Florida debut this Saturday at Coastal Creative in St. Pete where he’s set to deliver a special 3-hour set presented by Fader Events 🔊

The center piece of our next event 😍 it’s not often that we have visuals at a Fader show, as we believe the night should be centered around the music and, most importantly, the crowd.

But, this time we have an embarrassment of riches (😆) - a world class headliner, a dope b2b opening duo to set the tone, a fat Danley Sound system, this massive 47ft. LED wall and, of course, you, the Fader faithful 🖤

See you next Saturday at Coastal Creative for a special edition of the Warehouse Series 🔊
