This is your sign to make that bold move!
But do it with wisdom.

No formal qualifications, or 100,000 followers all I needed was to find the problem, truly understand it and work on boldly using my voice, with a desire to make true positive impact. by @faith.adekeye

Words are not sufficient to describe what took place today.
After Months of planning and strategising, we convened our leaders and stakeholders today. I hosted alongside my excellent team: The Pharmacist Evolve Catalyst Conference 2026

I am going to take the next few days to recharge and reflect on today.

I’ll be back with more updates.

The second to the last slide says it all. šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’ØšŸ¤²šŸ¾šŸ’„ by @faith.adekeye

Welldone to Chioma for working so hard and putting all we discussed into practice!

Comment ā€œMENTORā€ to receive a link to Register for the next OSPAP cohort.

Here’s the full read of Chioma’s testimonial:
Long before I began my OSPAP journey, while I was still back home practising as a registered pharmacist in Nigeria, Faith’s YouTube videos became one of the resources that guided me as I prepared for the journey into UK pharmacy. At the time, I was simply watching and learning from someone online who had walked the path ahead of me, I had no idea that she would later become one of the people personally supporting my own journey. Immediately after sitting my GPhC registration assessment, while anxiously awaiting my results, I enrolled in the Pharmacist Evolve mentoring programme and was privileged to be among the first OSPAP pharmacists Faith mentored and guided through the transition into the UK pharmacy profession. Her mentorship helped me understand what to expect beyond registration, and when I eventually entered the workforce as a newly registered pharmacist, I felt extremely prepared and confident to take on that next chapter.
To now receive this award nomination just over a year after registration feels incredibly special and very much like a full circle moment. Behind every visible achievement are often people who quietly poured their time, knowledge, encouragement, opportunities and belief into you when nobody else was watching. I have been incredibly blessed to have many such people throughout my journey, and I will never take their contribution for granted.
A very special thank you to Faith for taking a chance on me, for mentoring and guiding me at such an important stage of my career, and for continuing to support and believe in me. From watching your YouTube videos from Nigeria while preparing for OSPAP, to becoming one of your early mentees, and now having Pharmacist Evolve celebrate this nomination with me, I am incredibly grateful. ā¤ļøšŸ™ by @faith.adekeye

I felt a little bit like a stranger in some scenarios and I promised myself that things will infact change. It felt like an eroding familiarity and sense of identity which wasnt a nice feeling

This is my experience.

PS: this list is wayyy longer than this ..
Which of these do you think surprised me the most?

I might consider a Part 2. by @faith.adekeye

I was 22 when I got engaged and started planning our wedding. Got married just a month after I turned 23. I was honestly young but somewhat mature.

8 years later…. I have been reflecting, would I do it again? Yes…..Was I too young? Perhaps..

I heard it all at that time.

Life’s not roses and butterflies 24/7. But ALL OF THE TIME, God’s got us. And for this reason, i’d do it over and over again. Because if you believe people who make you think its a bed of roses then that’s at your own peril…..

I’m super happy that I didn’t feel like I needed to enjoy ā€œmore lifeā€ before committing. And I married a good kind man who shared the same values and beliefs (With wisdom and wise counsel of course)

Shoutout to @unitedsgirl2 for telling me ā€œFaith this one is a good oneā€ā€¦big sistering me since 1995 šŸ˜‚

The message here is, theres no set timing that works for everyone, work with great conviction and the right counsel, and make the most of all your seasons.

Just here enjoying mine and counting down to 10 years šŸ„°ā¤ļø

This is my contribution to the ā€œMarried and absolutely happy poolā€ 😁.

At what age did you get married and would you have preferred to get married younger or to wait a little longer? by @faith.adekeye

5 reasons pharmacy events are a complete waste of time šŸ™„

1. You might actually meet people.
Terrible, I know. You could accidentally meet someone who becomes a mentor, collaborator, employer, client… or opens a door you didn’t even know existed.

2. You’ll hear about opportunities you could have comfortably remained unaware of.
Fellowships. New roles. Projects. Career pathways. Business opportunities.
Much safer to stay at home and complain that ā€œnobody tells us about these things.ā€

3. Someone might remember your name.
Awful. You introduce yourself once, have a good conversation and suddenly, six months later, someone says:
ā€œActually, I know a pharmacist who would be perfect for thisā€¦ā€

4. You might realise pharmacy is much bigger than your current job.
Because apparently we needed the inconvenience of discovering pharmacists working in leadership, policy, industry, tech, academia, entrepreneurship, primary care and places we didn’t even know pharmacists could work.

5. And worst of all… you might have to TALK TO PEOPLE. 😭
Yes. Actual networking.
Not collecting LinkedIn connections from across the room.
Not standing exclusively with the three people you arrived with.
Actual conversations.

So yes… pharmacy events are an absolute waste of time.
Especially if you attend them, speak to nobody, learn nothing, follow up with nobody and leave immediately after the last speaker. šŸ˜‚

But if you’re intentional?
One conversation can genuinely change the direction of your career.
Go to the event.
Introduce yourself.
Ask questions.
Follow up afterwards.
Your next opportunity might already be in the room. by @faith.adekeye

What most people dont talk about is the fact that it takes a LOT of effort, genuine forgiveness and grace, sacrifices and inconvenience to achieve this and truly many people are not ready for this. The last 24 hours were very frustrating but you see my people? I made One phonecall and they all got up to make absolutely sure I didnt walk through it alone.

Yoruba people would say ā€œEniyan l’aso miā€ meaning ā€œPeople are my coveringā€

Just as physical clothes protect you from the cold and cover your body, the people around you protect your dignity, share your burdens, and keep you safe from life’s hardships. These are my people. The ones I didn’t get to choose ā¤ļø

If this isnt part of my wealth portfolio in the future then I wouldn’t consider myself truly wealthy and you shouldn’t too.

Not much beats the feeling of unplugging to get my feet dirty, pick food i’ll eat from the farm/trees, feed chickens and goats, and introduce my girls to this other side of life where we belong.

The past 2 weeks have been heavenly. Now back to the joy of everyday living ā¤ļø by @faith.adekeye
