Choose joy, Laugh now!😄✨
#laughoutloud #instanthappiness #dontmissthefun by @fall.in.laugh

I didn’t read these books
because I wanted to become a better person.
I read them because, at different points in my life, I needed something.

A reason to laugh.
A way to stop being so hard on myself.
A reminder that not everything deserves my energy.
A way to turn painful things into stories.
A way to understand why the messiest chapters might still belong in the book.

1. Laugh for No Reason was probably the one that changed my life the most.
It made me wonder what would happen if I stopped waiting to feel like laughing… and simply started.
That little idea eventually became Fall in Laugh.

2. Brené Brown taught me that perfectionism has much deeper roots than I thought — and somehow made shame feel a little less shameful.

3. Mark Manson gave me the Disappointing Panda, the Law of Avoidance, and a very useful reminder:
you don't have to give a fuck about everything.

4. Comedy Writing Secrets taught me to look at my own disasters differently.
Maybe the embarrassing thing wasn't just embarrassing.
Maybe it was material.

5. Save the Cat! made me look at my own life like a story, with conflict, shitty chapters, unexpected turns and, hopefully, some character development.

So yes.
These books made me laugh & cry.
And somehow, a better human.
If you're going through a chapter where you could use a little more laughter, perspective, or simply a different way of looking at your own story…
start with one of these.
And if you want to keep exploring that space with me:

THIS IS ACTUALLY WHAT LAUGHTER LOOKS LIKE.

Not just a reaction to something funny.

Something happens when you really laugh:

1. You stop thinking.

It's pretty much impossible to keep running the same mental movie while you're genuinely laughing.

For a few seconds, you stop analysing, predicting, worrying, controlling.

You just… laugh.

2. You stop feeding the pattern.

Worry needs your attention to keep growing.

The same thoughts.
The same fears.
The same story.

Laughter interrupts the loop.

You don't have to solve the problem first.
You can simply stop feeding it.

3. You shift your state.

Joy isn't only something that happens to you.

It's also a state you can enter.

And sometimes changing your state is enough to see the exact same situation from a completely different place.

4. You get your power back.

When you worry, you can slowly give your power to your problems.

They become bigger.

You become smaller.

Then you laugh.

Your chest opens.
Your spine straightens.
You take up space again.

The problem hasn't necessarily changed.

But you have.

5. You reconnect with your soul.

I recently discovered something I can't stop thinking about:

Your laughter is the sound of your soul.

Maybe that's why it feels so different from a smile.

A real laugh doesn't just happen on your face.

It comes from somewhere deeper.

6. You activate your whole body.

Laughter isn't something your mouth does.

Your breath changes.
Your muscles move.
Your chest moves.
Your belly moves.
Your whole body participates.

For a moment, you're not just thinking about being alive.

You're physically experiencing it.

So...

Don't wait for something funny to happen.

Take a breath.

And laugh.

Even if it feels ridiculous.

Especially if it feels ridiculous. 😂

Your body might know what to do before your mind does.

Can I ask you something?
When was the last time you laughed with yourself?
Not because someone made a joke.
Not because you were with friends.
Just... because you enjoyed being you.
I spent years trying to fix my life.
Ironically, it started changing the day I stopped treating myself as a problem.
Maybe that's what Fall in Laugh really means.
Maybe falling in love with your life starts with falling in laugh with yourself.

Every chapter led to the next one.
Even the painful ones.

Here's a little piece of my story.
From growing up with an absent father...
to discovering comedy...
to creating Fall in Laugh and helping people reconnect with joy.

Sometimes, our deepest wounds become our greatest purpose.

People are going to hate me for this, but...

Joy is not something that happens to you.

It's something you practice.

Your state of mind changes the moment you make a decision.

Happiness is a decision.

But one decision isn't enough.

Motivation fades.

That's why you need micro-decisions every single day.

Laughter is one of them.

It's free.

It's available anywhere, anytime.

You always have the choice to laugh.

And every time you choose it, you're training your brain to return to joy.

Happiness is the result of your micro-decisions.

Joy is your daily practice.

Should we launch our World Cup of laughter ? @fall.in.laugh by @fall.in.laugh

If laughter really came in a pill...
what do you think we'd call it? 😄

I still think it would be the best-selling medicine
in the world. 😄
Sharing this moment at Potentiel Illimité in front of 1,600 amazing women was an absolute joy.

Thank you, @sarahallart for the invitation. ❤️ by @fall.in.laugh

Seven years ago, grief changed my life.
I spent months trying to feel okay again.
Then one day, I laughed.
That moment became the beginning of everything I've built since with @fall.in.laugh

If you're carrying grief, pain,
or simply a difficult season...
Don't pressure yourself to be happy.
Just allow yourself one genuine moment of laughter today.
Sometimes, that's enough to remind your nervous system that joy still exists.

Most people think change begins with information.

It doesn't.

Think about the biggest changes in your life.

Did they happen because someone gave you more facts?

Or because something made you feel?

A heartbreak.

A birth.

A failure.

A laugh.

A loss.

A moment of awe.

A difficult conversation.

A standing ovation.

An unexpected act of kindness.

Information helps us understand.

Emotion helps us move.

Neuroscientists have known for decades that emotion plays a central role in attention, memory and decision-making.

In other words:

We don't remember everything we hear.

We remember what we feel.

The same is true for stories.

For leaders.

For teachers.

For artists.

For anyone trying to create change.

Before people can transform...

they must first feel.

Perhaps that's why laughter matters.

Not because it is pleasant.

But because it makes us accessible.

Accessible to each other.

Accessible to new ideas.

Accessible to ourselves.

What you can't feel, you can't transform.

What is something that changed your life because it made you feel something deeply?

Derrière les immenses rideaux
du Théâtre Mogador,
parmi les décors du Roi Lion,

je répétais.

Stressé.

1600 femmes dans la salle.
Et cette envie simple :
les faire rire.

Puis les premières secondes.

Le silence.
Les regards.

Cette présence.

Comme si la salle
ne voulait pas être divertie,
mais rencontrée.

Alors j’ai ralenti.

Écouté.
Autrement.

Avec le cœur.

Une énergie.
Douce.
Puissante.
Accueillante.

À laquelle il était plus juste
de se relier
que de se distinguer.

Cette année,
j’ai appris à observer,
à ressentir,
à comprendre.

Surtout les femmes.

Et à travers elles…
quelque chose en moi.

Moins dans la tête.
Plus dans le corps.
Dans l’intuition.

Ce jour-là,
je l’ai senti encore plus clairement :

le rire est un langage.

Universel.
Mais né de l’écoute.

Un espace
où l’on peut se laisser traverser
sans tout expliquer.

Alors je n’ai pas guidé.

Je les ai rejointes.

Et là…

quelque chose s’est ouvert.

Nous avons ri
d’un seul cœur.

Porté par une vision.
Celle de Sarah Allart.

Soutenue par des femmes
debout, ouvertes, engagées.

Et par celles,
si nombreuses,
qui étaient là.

Merci.

Et toi…
que ressens-tu
quand tu ris avec quelqu’un que tu aimes ?
