Your life will start to change when you ask yourself some questions:

What’s holding you back? Where is it that I lack? Now throw it all away and ask yourself who taught you that?

Did you achieve your dreams?
Do you live a life of ease?

You were born with the ignition
Now give yourself the keys.

Life could be a breeze.
Go hang out with the trees.

Release yourself from limits
Now you’re feeling free.

I’m free to be myself, can’t be nobody else.

Listen to this song on repeat! 🔂

DRUMROLL PLS 🎉🥁 @studiothree first YTT grads! They grew, they gritted, they grounded, they glowed. They are INCREDIBLE and I feel so honored to be one of the facilitators on their yoga teacher training journey. Just a few snaps from our time together- no particular order, just moments I want to hold onto. To say this group is a GIFT is an understatement. So proud of how they showed up for themselves and each other. Yoga teacher training is no small task…and this crew reminded me that courage always rises when you do.

What a ride.
Still smiling.
Still crying (from your theme song)

❤️

I learned that cactus 🌵 don’t start growing their arms until they are 75 years old. This fella is probably over 200years old. Earth, I love you by @fannyyoga

I didn’t feel any mosquitoes on my skin.
I have 11 mosquito bites! 15 mins of active meditation under this tree. Those lil fuckers ate me for lunch and I did not notice that sensation.

My nervous system did not tell my mind.

This is a form of ‘PRATYAHARA’ .

A yogic tool to release our senses from our mind. It’s a space between our internal & external environments. The ultimate link to the bodymind.
