It’s difficult to put experiences like this into words. Two weeks isn’t just two weeks when you’re learning, practicing, sharing meals, watching sunsets, and growing alongside one another every day. Somewhere between the ocean, the palm trees, the conversations, and the countless hours on our mats, something magical shifted. A deeper connection to ourselves.
To one another.
To the practice. We don’t yet know where yoga will take each of you. That’s the beautiful part. Thank you, Kula IV, for allowing us to be part of your journey. We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way 🫶 And a very special thank you to @fannyyoga for her energy, perspective, and leadership. after a million years in chicago, I’m moving to san francisco!! chicago will always hold a special place in my heart for so many reasons. I’m so grateful for this city and my friends and family here. I’m so grateful for this city for bringing me to @thespacebetween_yoga where I found my second home, my place to learn and grow, my place to step onto the teacher mat for the first time, and my place that brought me some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. now off to go make being a west coaster my new personality 🙂

It’s energetic awareness. It’s leadership. A teacher who understands breath understands pacing, tone, and emotional rhythm in a room. Inside training, we explore foundational techniques like:
 • Ujjayi
 • Nadi Shodhana
 • Equal ratio breathing And most importantly !! How to teach them clearly and safely. Put it into practice:
