This Women’s Month, we’re investing in Armenia’s next generation of female tech leaders through @gitc_it’s ACT College👩‍💻 A year of tuition costs $2,500. Your support can help cover up to 90% of this cost for girls studying to become leaders in computer science, engineering or digital art. All donations made to the Girls in Tech fund on FAR’s @weareayo crowdfunding platform goes directly to this effort. Double your impact through April 7. A lifetime of love, in their own words ❤️ In honor of Valentine’s Day, we sat down with residents of Vanadzor Old Age Home, where more than 50 seniors receive long-term medical, social, and emotional care in a community they call home. Together, we reflected on love, life, and the memories that stay with us. Over the next four weeks, we will be sharing their heartfelt answers to simple but powerful questions. 📹️ This week: Who is the greatest love in your life? #FARArmenia #VanadzorOldAgeHome #VOAH #DignityInAging #ElderCare #Armenia #AgingWithDignity #LoveAcrossGenerations by @far.armenia

Last month, our faithful supporters Aram and Becky Hintlian celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary!  Their daughter, Ali, organized a beautiful party to mark the milestone. As proud sponsors of five children through CASP, the couple invited their guests to celebrate by supporting the program in lieu of traditional gifts. Thanks to the Hintlian family’s generosity, seven guests became sponsors—and the couple matched the funds raised, doubling the impact of this special celebration! by @far.armenia
We are deeply saddened to hear of the loss of our beloved friend and legendary Armenian musician, composer, and cultural ambassador, Şahan Arzruni. For over three decades, Şahan was a generous supporter, a trusted advisor, and a cherished member of the FAR community. No doubt much will be written chronicling his illustrious career, but Şahan’s commitment to Armenian culture and FAR extended well beyond the concert hall. Those of us who were fortunate to know him will remember his passion for expanding Armenian culture and encouraging children throughout Armenia to preserve their strong heritage through music and the arts. FAR’s team, together with hundreds of our beneficiaries, extends our deepest condolences to Şahan’s family. His dedication to Armenia will never be forgotten. Tricolor Gyumri Run was also about creating a space where every child has the opportunity to participate, overcome challenges, and believe in themselves. 🏃✨ Seeing the children from Aregak Center take part in the 1K & 2K races was one of the warmest and most meaningful moments of the day. Because when we move forward together, every step can make a difference. ❤️ by @far.armenia
Greetings from Jajur, the home of famous painter Minas Avetisyan 🖼️ We’re continuing our initiative to equip rural medical clinics around Armenia 🇦🇲 Recently, our team met with the village’s chief doctor Yervand, who explained some of their needs. Right now, we’re raising funds to install solar panels and other necessary medical equipment. ☀️ Jajur gets 300 days of sun per year! P.S. You can also see how the beautiful Shirak region’s landscape inspired Minas… his house-museum is right next door to the clinic 😊 #SolarForJajur #GoFARwithAyo #Heathcare #solarpanels by @far.armenia
❤️ Thanks to the generous support of Tigran Safaryan, 5,000 AMD was donated for every registered Tricolor Gyumri Run participant, raising approximately $3,500. People from around the world also joined us remotely, running in their own countries and raising another $6,500. 🌍🏃 Together, $10,000 was raised to support a full year of physiotherapy for more than 35 children at Emili Aregak Center. Some of the children even joined us in Gyumri for the 1K run. ❤️ Thank you to everyone who ran, supported, donated, and became part of this meaningful initiative. 🫶🏻 by @far.armenia
