PEOPLE TO KNOW IN DUBAI · 001 — Lisa Knight

I met Lisa during a business masterclass led by the genius @coachbenjaminowen , and she was one of those people who immediately stood out to me.

Incredibly sharp, talented, dedicated and with that kind of mind that seems to see the solution while everyone else is still looking at the problem. 😋

After 17 years in corporate technology and leadership, Lisa has now taken all of that experience and built something of her own: Bainna AI Solutions.

And what I love about what she is doing is that she isn’t adding to all the noise around AI. She’s making it useful.

She works with UAE business owners to understand where their time is actually disappearing — repetitive tasks, follow-ups, enquiries, moving information between systems — and finds practical ways AI and automation can give some of that time back.

Even the name Bainna, inspired by the Arabic for “between us,” reflects the way she works: alongside people, not simply introducing technology for technology’s sake.

Lisa is one of those brilliant minds I’m very happy Dubai gets to have.

Definitely a person to know. 🤍 taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @faraday1610

Thank you for all the lovely messages after my last post. I really appreciate the support.

A few people have asked who Bainna is for. I work with founders and small business owners across the UAE who want to use AI but don't know where to start, need to grow without hiring more people, or are spending too many evenings and weekends keeping everything moving.

You don't need to know which tool you need. We start with what's taking up your time. If that sounds like you, click on the link or drop me a DM. Happy to chat taken in DIFC, Dubai by @faraday1610

I can finally let you in on a secret - I’ve launched Bainna AI Solutions.

After 17 years in corporate technology & leadership, I’m putting that experience into something of my own. I'm helping UAE business owners to skip the hype and actually use AI to solve business problems and importantly get their time back.

Over the past few months, I’ve been sitting down with business owners and asking where their time actually goes.

The same things keep coming up: chasing information; following up on enquiries; copying details between systems, invoices, responding to customer questions, responding to leads; working long evenings and weekends to catch up now we all need to do more with less.

And alongside all of that, trying to work out which AI tools might actually help.

That’s where Bainna comes in.

The name Bainna is inspired by the Arabic for “between us”. It reflects how I want to work: alongside you and your team, combining your knowledge of the business with my experience in making things work better.

I work with owners and their teams to understand how the business runs, find the repetitive work taking up their time, and put practical AI and automation tools to use. And part of that is helping people feel confident using them.

We start with your business, the tools you already have, and the things that are making the week harder than it needs to be.

Thank you to everyone who has made time for a conversation, introduced me to someone, challenged an idea or encouraged me along the way. Those conversations have helped shape Bainna.

I’m very happy to finally share it with you.
If you run a business in the UAE and would like to explore where you could get some time back I'd love to speak to you. Head to the link my bio. I’d love to hear what’s taking up your week. taken in DIFC, Dubai by @faraday1610

Lisa is an Ai GENIUS, she’s incredible at helping founders and leaders make their business seamless and effective.

In a time where leaders are being asked to either do the same amount of work with less resource or they are in a place where they are scaling Lisa’s skillset is hot property!

Drop @bainnaaisolutions a follow and do the Ai solutions scorecard in her bio.

I LOVE doing business with Lisa, she’s exceptionally pragmatic, a fellow Nerd and makes the mass of complicated Ai solutions for your business six year old simple… and for me that’s a GAME CHANGER!

During her deep dive she said she was reluctant to go on camera…. So she went on 3 for 1 whole hour and created a powerful set of videos and was INCREDIBLE on camera! 📸

Respect 🫡

54 years of the UAE.
17 years calling it home.
A place where people, cultures and ideas come together, each contributing to a shared story of progress. For many of us, it’s where we’ve built our lives and found a true sense of belonging.
Proud of the UAE. Proud to call it home.
