PEOPLE TO KNOW IN DUBAI · 001 — Lisa Knight

I met Lisa during a business masterclass led by the genius @coachbenjaminowen , and she was one of those people who immediately stood out to me.

Incredibly sharp, talented, dedicated and with that kind of mind that seems to see the solution while everyone else is still looking at the problem. 😋

After 17 years in corporate technology and leadership, Lisa has now taken all of that experience and built something of her own: Bainna AI Solutions.

And what I love about what she is doing is that she isn’t adding to all the noise around AI. She’s making it useful.

She works with UAE business owners to understand where their time is actually disappearing — repetitive tasks, follow-ups, enquiries, moving information between systems — and finds practical ways AI and automation can give some of that time back.

Even the name Bainna, inspired by the Arabic for “between us,” reflects the way she works: alongside people, not simply introducing technology for technology’s sake.

Lisa is one of those brilliant minds I’m very happy Dubai gets to have.

Definitely a person to know. 🤍

Lisa is an Ai GENIUS, she’s incredible at helping founders and leaders make their business seamless and effective.

In a time where leaders are being asked to either do the same amount of work with less resource or they are in a place where they are scaling Lisa’s skillset is hot property!

Drop @bainnaaisolutions a follow and do the Ai solutions scorecard in her bio.

I LOVE doing business with Lisa, she’s exceptionally pragmatic, a fellow Nerd and makes the mass of complicated Ai solutions for your business six year old simple… and for me that’s a GAME CHANGER!

During her deep dive she said she was reluctant to go on camera…. So she went on 3 for 1 whole hour and created a powerful set of videos and was INCREDIBLE on camera! 📸

Respect 🫡

Here I am being very well behaved in @strandcraftkitchen, where my humans and their friends (as well as my new buddy Justin Timberwolf) enjoyed what looked like a very yummy Wednesday 69s deal!

Pre-Christmas party and yarn swap with my knitting tribe. Thanks, @sue_markou for hosting us in your lovely home.

Great food, great company as always. So good to catch up with everyone - feels like ages since last had a proper chat!

Thank you for your friendship, for all the crafting advise and enabling, and for all the yarn.

Afternoon tea to say farewell to our dear Sally. It was all going well until some sincere words were spoken and Sally had us all tearing up. Thanks, Sally 🙄

Seriously though, you will be terribly missed. I’m going to miss seeing your elaborate projects and seeing you haul tonnes of books at Arte and hearing your travel stories. Good thing we can still catch up online!

Thank you, ladies for coming together once again to make it special.

Dubai’s loss is Montreal’s gain. Over to you @letricotaveccaro!

Popsicle Crew.
Much needed after we sat there watching @sue_markou enjoy one. A whole different kind of enabling.

Great catching up with you all. And @rokossasilke too!
