That one time the Bengali in me burst out on stage 😂 jokes aside, today is Ekushey February (Feb 21st) also known as International Mother Language Day.

In the Bengali culture, today we honor the lives lost while protesting for recognition of our beautiful language, Bangla. 🇧🇩❤️

Always grateful to be able to speak Bangla everyday, here’s to remembering those who paved the way 🤲🏼

It was such a blast meeting, watching, and performing alongside so many amazing comedians this week at the @northcarolinacomedyfestival! Thank you to @idiotboxcomedyclub for bringing us all together 😊

Downtown Greensboro ☀️

First night of the fest 🙌🏼

New version of my favorite sticker spotted while driving there 👀

Realizing it’s about to end, but also shorter than the mic stand 😅

This Sunday!!! Aug. 30 @ 7:30pm! Come on over, shake the Sunday scaries, have a drink, have a laugh, and ease into whatever Monday throws your way.

We’re so excited to have these folks back! We still haven’t come up with a funny name for this comedy night, but luckily we know people who are actually good at being funny 🤪

This Sunday @meekmeek_marie will kick things off as host, featuring some familiar faces: @erin.the.don, @rahkie_mateen, & @fariha.laughs 💖

We’ll be keeping this going through December and into 2027, every last Sunday of the month, with a rotating lineup of hosts and performers. If you’re a performer in the area and think your vibe matches what you see Sunday, reach out! by @fariha.laughs

Finally got to do this joke in NYC 🙌🏼 For real though, I thought I had a clever comeback for South Asian aunties until my dad tried to be supportive and overpromised 🤦🏻‍♀️

S/o @laughinglassi for having me alongside a 🔥 lineup! #standupcomedy #standup #southasian #desicomedy #comedyreels taken in Broadway Comedy Club by @fariha.laughs
