BTS of our wildest @savannahstays project yet: we officially took over the historic Hamilton House, and instead of closing the doors, we raced the clock.

Zero sleep, endless problem-solving, and high-speed design (outside of our real day jobs)—all to pull off a massive glow-up without letting our five-star guest standard slip for a single second. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sometimes in life, you just hit the absolute jackpot with good people, and this family is truly as good as they come. Closing on the perfect home for her parents today, she (and her family) are absolute a superhero’s and Savannah is so lucky to snag them.

The best part of this entire journey? Her water literally broke right in the middle of the home inspection for this exact house! Today, I got the honor of holding that very same sweet baby while we officially signed the papers.

Now her parents are moving in just down the street—keeping her, her sister, and their whole family within a five-minute drive of each other. So beyond blessed to call this incredible woman a true friend. Happy Closing Day! 🔑✨🏡💓 taken in Savannah, Georgia by @farrellclick
