🚴🏽‍♀️🚴🏾‍♂️ The Community gathered for the Sunset Memorial Ride in honor of Natasha. 🕊️

The community continues to keep you in our hearts, in our memories, and with every turn of the pedals. Everyone showed up in a big way today, and I’m happy to simply be a part.

Rest well, Natasha. We will continue riding for you. ❤️🚲

Good seeing everyone. Please tag yourself in the photos if I missed you!

If at first you don't succeed (e.g., you get popped early on a 60 mile group ride)--you can:
A. Return to your car, go home & regroup.
B. Return to your car, go home & take a nap.
C. Return to your car, drive to Andrews & join @christyjfenner on her 6 hour training ride.

I chose "C" because not every training event will be smiles & PRs! Sometimes you gotta turn the Bad into the Good because the race course does not care about your excuses or your "feels". Dust yourself off. Dig deep. Do the work.

Good Vibez Only on a Thursday morning! Despite mechanicals, detours and "unauthorized sprints"--we kept up the great vibes! Thanks @fastchix1_ and @jafecycling for a "mild & spicy" ride! Hope to see more Chix out there next week! by @fastchix1_

Proud Coach Moment: My athletes have been pushing themselves and rising above their circumstances. This is what the Ironman is all about. It's more than the medal. It's more than the finisher gear. It's more than doing it for the 'gram. It's about pushing your body, mind and soul to be more. To do more. It's about never quitting on yourself. It's about being relentless in the pursuit of your goal. And always remembering: This is not a game.
