At my town’s free hot air balloon festival. A few went up but not all could, due to high winds at higher altitudes. Hank enjoyed getting bacon snacks. by @fauxtralto

Quite possibly my cutest bday card from my young niece. I’m not sure how I feel about her favorite picture of me being the one with the biggest margarita ever 😂 but that’s ok. by @fauxtralto

Glad I deep-cleaned my house before leaving to finish my show. It was clean for 48 hours before Hank decided to get into a battle with a skunk. 🦨

Now I’m rewashing everything again.

I got a diagnosis that makes a lot of sense. I’m actually ADHD- inattentive type. I always thought of it at hyperactivity and complete inability to focus (unless hyper focused) but it can present differently in women. Now, so many of the struggles I’ve had over the years make sense. I’ve been told I’m lazy or I wait til the last second and I need to just have a routine and structure if I can’t rely on motivation, but that doesn’t always work.

Here’s to finally having an answer and getting the support I’ve always needed. Hugs to anyone struggling with the same. by @fauxtralto

Snuck in one last short hike. Hank was startled by an entire family of deer 🦌 crossing our path.

This trail is supposed to have wood carvings along it, but it seems like many have disappeared. Found a few though. Nice to be outside

NYC! If you believe in funding programs to help keep people with their beloved pets, please email by 6pm that you’d like to see continued spending on supplies for low income pet owners! If you personally have benefited or know some who has, your personal testimony is also needed!

Email by 6pm tonight 3/22!

Took the snowshoes out again. This trail seemed straightforward on paper, but I spent most of the time lost in different loops. Oh well, saw an old camp, the fire tower, and had a nice day out in the snow ❄️ taken in Wilton Wildlife Preserve & Park by @fauxtralto

Venting.

My new job is insane. They schedule meetings and trainings throughout the day so I have to cancel sessions, and honestly, I’ve seen 2 students because of this. Then they get mad I haven’t seen students. They also took away our office and are making us share a glorified closet with OT. We’re going to try it so we have data to show it’s a bad idea, then complain jointly.

Oh, and they made my para cry today.

I wish they’d just let me do my job but it’s admin controlling my schedule and apparently they prefer I sit and listen to them all day instead of see kids.

Hey parents, don’t get mad at service providers, it’s definitely the admin.
