Katie Graham plans to go to George Mason University for Business with a focus on marketing & economics. Katie goes to Chantilly High School and has been in the Academy for 1 year. Her fondest memory is the all-day rehearsal to prepare for the winter showcase this February which was rewarding and enjoyable to spend an entire day focusing on our dances while also taking breaks to make candy salad, play games, and create memories with everyone. Her advice to future students is, “No matter how discouraged you feel, or if the steps do not come as quickly as you would like, you have to keep going in order to improve and overcome those challenges. And even on performance day, when the overwhelming fear of embarrassing yourself creeps in, remember that it is never as bad, or as good, as you think it will be, so you might as well do your best.“

Good luck Katie, and Go Patriots! by @faxcaddance
