ARTS came together for the first annual Academy Artsplosion! This cross-curricular collaboration project united artists from Musical Theatre (MTAS), Dance, and Music & Comp Tech (MCT) to focus on professionalism and industry standards. Sister Hazel's Ryan Newell, Broadway's Kelly D'Amboise, and professional dancer/dietician Melissa Lineburg served as a guest panel, students shared performances and collaborated to find more opportunities to blend their talents & skill sets. Bravo! #faxacad #careers #industy #arts #followyourpassion Fairfax County Public Schools

TRUE COLORS 🩶🖤❤️💚💜🌈

In my head it’s not really over yet. My time with @faxcaddance changed my life, I wouldn’t be pursuing dance in college without Fairfax Academy. I don’t know where’d I’d be or who I’d be without this program, thanks for tuning in. 🫶
