Not by choice, by necessity 🤦🏻‍♀️You gotta do what you gotta do by @fayrouzneid

Being always hungry isn’t always just about food.

Stress might have you reaching for something crunchy. Poor sleep can make you crave more carbs and sweets. Hormonal imbalances can leave you hungrier than usual. And sometimes you’re simply not eating enough!

All of these can leave you thinking about food ALL the time.

So here’s a little guide to what to eat depending on how hungry you are and how filling your food choices are.

Because food isn’t just about calories. It’s also about satisfaction, fullness and giving your body what it needs. ❤️

What’s your go-to snack or meal on those days you can’t stop thinking about food? by @fayrouzneid

This one is hard to write…
an open letter to my women 💛

November will be our last month of Twenty One 7 as we know it.

For two and a half years we’ve had a name for this space.
To the world, it’s Twenty One 7.

To us, it was always something harder to name.

A place you could reach from anywhere, your kitchen, your car, your bed at midnight, and set down whatever you’d been carrying without anyone asking why it was heavy.

Thousands of you joined us.
Here’s what you taught me and some of it you wouldn’t believe:

So many of you began with an apology. “Sorry, I’m being too emotional.” “Sorry, I’m oversharing.” Women apologizing for being human to a space built for exactly that.
And every time one of you cried anyway she gave the rest of us permission.

The women who seemed to have it all together were usually the first to break open. The ones who looked like they didn’t need us often needed us most.

Almost no one came for the right reason and that was the point. You came about your weight, your energy, your eating. Underneath, it was almost always the same thing: you hadn’t rested in years and you didn’t think you were allowed to.

Most of you already knew what to eat. You didn’t need more information. What you didn’t know is that you were worth the effort and deserved to be a priority.

And the women who disappeared for weeks didn’t leave because it was hard. They left because they felt they’d fallen behind and were ashamed to come back. Coming back was the bravest thing I watched any of you do.

That’s the kind of beautiful I built this for. Not the kind you see in the mirror (although we did make sure that one looked good too) The kind you feel when you’re finally seen.

I built Twenty One 7 because I once needed it and couldn’t find it.

I didn’t know you would end up building me back.

Twenty One 7 truly made me rich. The money was the smallest part of it.

This program grew with you, and now it’s growing into something more personal.

This month, we’re not taking new members. This final month is only for the women who were here.

So come home, no apologies 🤍

DM “HOME” to join us for one last 21.7 as we know it 🏡

Option 2 – With cooking oil spray:

* 85g carbs
* 5g fat

💦 Cooking oil spray (للنسخة الأخف)

🧄 Garlic powder
🧅 Onion powder
🌿 Dried parsley
🧂 Salt
