We’re pleased to announce Favour Odedele, Chief Operating Officer at Grow with D Oracle Empowerment Foundation, as a speaker at the Corps Climate Literacy Trainers Workshop 2.

Favour will lead a practical session on “Safeguarding Principles in Engaging Children and Youth,” helping participating Corps Members understand how to engage young people responsibly, respectfully and safely during their step-down climate literacy activities.

Sitting down to record is one thing, knowing what to say is another. And both combined can be really stressful. I get it.

But if you really want to make the most of it, don’t see it as a chore. Don’t see it as just a box to tick. See it as something authentic and reflective.

Your fluency in your first video might be a struggle, but trust me, if you do it often, you’ll get to a point where you can record an entry in one shot because of all the previous experiences.

Overall, they just want to meet you outside of your resume.

They want to test your fluency, your communication skills, your tone, and your professional acumen.
