Alcohol-free natural wine brand @shwungdrinks gets a clever brand system and label design courtesy of @fcklck.studio, that spells out each varietal name phonetically.Honoring the nomenclature of the wine industry while also making light of it, the system has all of the markings of sleek wine branding with a twist that nods to the 0.0% nature of the product. Link in bio for the full article. by @fcklck.studio

@shwungdrinks rebranding by @fcklck.studio won Gold at the Creative Belgium Awards 2026. Shwung, a brand of alcohol-free wine alternatives, came to FCKLCK.STUDIO after a forced name change from SOBR. Rather than only designing labels, they tackled a deeper question: how do you sell something that is not wine, as wine? By developing a phonetic naming system and identity rooted in wine conventions, they created a brand that sounds, reads, looks, and behaves like wine, without ever claiming to be it.Creative Belgium Awards 2026GOLD, DesignWatch the full case on our Brave Little Belgium website via link in bio.#bravelittlebelgium by @fcklck.studio

@fcklck.studio gave alcohol-free wine brand @shwungdrinks an identity where the product names are spelt the way they sound aloud. The phonetic blocks stack vertically, setting the proportions and rhythm of every label, so language ends up shaping the form of the system. It’s familiar enough to read as wine, yet altered enough to prove it isn’t.———CREDITSDesign: @fcklck.studioBrand: @shwungdrinksTypography: Feijoa and Founders Grotesk by @klim_type_foundry by @fcklck.studio

@fcklck.studio has given alcohol-free wine brand @shwungdrinks an identity where the product names are spelt the way they sound aloud. Each name is written inside square brackets, the way a dictionary shows pronunciation, making it familiar enough to register as wine and altered enough to make clear it isn’t. The idea came to Founder & Creative Director James Krüger while doomscrolling past a carousel of food misspellings.Names break into blocks that stack vertically, setting the proportions, spacing and rhythm of each label. A warm grey, black and white palette keeps things restrained, with fluorescent yellow as the one disruptive note.———Explore the full case study at our link in bio.———CREDITSDesign: @fcklck.studioBrand: @shwungdrinksTypography: Feijoa and Founders Grotesk by @klim_type_foundry by @fcklck.studio

What do you think of using pre-loved letters in a branding system?Designed by @fcklck.studio, @tien.vintage's new identity reuses letters from well-known fashion brands, establishing a flexible system that can generate over three million different versions of its logomark.Based around the simple principle "reuse only what exists", the system makes use of over 70 existing logos that one might find amid Tien’s racks.@urbanpostermockup @klim_type_foundry @buskruit @artsfacilities by @fcklck.studio

Amsterdam-based @fcklck.studio’s identity for @tien.vintage, a vintage clothing store in Groningen where every piece costs €10, makes reuse literal by building the brand entirely from fragments of existing fashion and sportswear logos, generating more than 3.2 million logo variations. The concept mirrors TIEN’s approach to second-hand clothing, collaging pre-loved elements into something direct, democratic and renewed.———CREDITSDesign: @fcklck.studioBrand: @tien.vintageTypography: Untitled Sans medium by @klim_type_foundryMotion: @fcklck.studioCreative Technology & Signage: @buskruitPhotography: @artsfacilitiesManufacturing: @afreux_antwerpEmbroidery: @lorepauwelsWriting: @fcklck.studio by @fcklck.studio

One evening in Antwerp, over beers and bourbon shots, @fcklck.studio’s James Kruger opened Illustrator with a simple premise: if a vintage clothing store sells pre-owned pieces from Nike, Adidas, Diesel and dozens of other brands, why not build its identity the same way? By midnight, he and his friend Stijn Klaver had created twenty different wordmarks for @tien.vintage, each one assembled entirely from fragments of existing brand logos. The next morning, the question was obvious – did it still work in daylight? The answer launched a complete rebrand. The existing identity featured the name in a cheerful vintage typeface set in yellow and pink. Functional, but it lacked the impact to properly position what TIEN actually represents. Klaver, Aline’s boyfriend and an Art Director at TBWA Belgium, mentioned the project to Kruger one evening. “She had just opened a second vintage clothing store,” Kruger recalls. “The space next door to her existing vintage designer label shop had become vacant, and while sourcing pieces for the high-end store, she often ended up with more casual, sporty vintage items that did not fit that selection.” Vintage stores contain different styles, eras and brands colliding in one space – so the identity could work the same way. They opened Illustrator, pulled PNGs of casual and sports fashion brand logos containing ‘T,’ ‘I,’ ‘E’ or ‘N,’ and started cutting and clipping. “We began collaging them together in a loose, chaotic way,” Kruger explains. “Before we knew it, we had around 20 different TIEN wordmarks built entirely from fragments.”Explore the full case study at our link in bio.———CREDITSDesign: @fcklck.studioBrand: @tien.vintageTypography: Untitled Sans medium by @klim_type_foundryMotion: @fcklck.studioCreative Technology & Signage: @buskruitPhotography: @artsfacilitiesManufacturing: @afreux_antwerpEmbroidery: @lorepauwelsWriting: @fcklck.studio by @fcklck.studio

At our studio, every rebranding begins with a detailed study of origins. Before shaping a more contemporary @fryns_distillery, we immersed ourselves in its past, exploring an archive carefully preserved since 1887. Here’s a first look at our process.#brandingprocess #brandingdesign #labeldesign #fcklckstudio by @fcklck.studio
