I ask you to show up and challenge yourself…and I hold myself to the same standard. 💪 One rep, one class, one day at a time, I’m building strength to keep doing the things I love.

That’s what movement for life means to me. Let’s keep moving together. by @fdevito1

Sometimes the best thing we can do is change the scenery, slow down and explore somewhere new. But wherever we go, we keep moving. Staying active keeps us grounded, connected and doing what we love. Movement isn’t something we leave behind…it’s part of how we live. Movement for life. taken in La Malbaie, Quebec by @fdevito1

Nothing beats this time of year when my garden and the farm stands are overflowing with fresh, local tomatoes. One of my favorite simple pleasures of late summer in the Hamptons.

Fresh, local, and in season. Just the way I like it. 🍅❤️ taken in Halsey Farm and Nursery by @fdevito1

For me, strength isn’t just about how hard I work…it’s about how well I move. Creating space, reaching a little farther and keeping my body mobile helps me stay strong for everything I want to do in life. by @fdevito1
