What does that mean to you? 🤔
.
Perhaps it means you will take on that group fitness class you’ve been eyeing, but haven’t signed up for yet. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
.
Or perhaps it’s committing to a lifestyle change in the kitchen. 🥗
.
For @kirbychenkin, that means training under a new coach in preparation for competing in his first Ironman. 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️
.
Whatever goals you are wanting to achieve, set your intentions and take one action towards them today! 🙌

Finding my barre wherever we go. Strength, balance and flexibility are part of how we live…not just how we work out. And sometimes the best moments happen when you simply stop, stretch and enjoy where you are. ❤️

Soaking up the last days of summer. ☀️

A little sunshine, a little downtime, and time together to appreciate all that summer has given us. We’re holding onto the memories, the energy and the reminder to enjoy every moment along the way.

Strong at every age.

Strength isn’t about how old you are …it’s about continuing to move, challenge yourself and show up for your body. Every lift, every stretch, every class builds the strength, balance and confidence that carry you through life.

This is Movement for Life. And it’s what CBF is all about. 💪

A little fitness, a lot of friendship and plenty of laughs along the way. Staying strong is always more fun when you’re doing it with people you love. 💕
