[Nano Uhero]

Introducing, I Wayan Sudarna Putra, known as Nano Uhero, is a Balinese artist whose practice is rooted in Indonesian heritage and environmental consciousness. A master bamboo weaver, he blends traditional Balinese craftsmanship with a contemporary, experimental approach.

For Pearls Indonesia, Nano responds to the theme Weaving on Waves, creating handwoven bamboo frames that form a dialogue between photography and sculpture. Using bamboo, rattan, and repurposed materials, his work translates the rhythm of waves into tactile forms that frame each narrative.

This exhibition also introduces our first Collector Interdisciplinary Edition, uniting two artists into a single, complete work. The inaugural edition features Nano Uhero, where ancestral weaving traditions meet contemporary image-making to create a unified expression.

Part 2 of building our dream store in Bali 🫶🏾🌴

One of the most special parts of this journey… bringing our vision to life together with @we.are.arke founded by our good friends @febjabrik & Fiona 💛

From dreamy island textures to warm earthy corners, every detail is being designed to feel like stepping into our little WELIKEBALI world: sunkissed and made with love.

We wanted this space to feel more than just a store. A little Bali home where design, travel, surf, matcha, our Indonesian roots, fashion and community all come together 🌺☕️🥹

Golden hour, good friends and a runway surrounded by tropical dreaminess 🌿🥥 Last night with @magalipascal felt like stepping into a different world. Bananas, coconuts, rattan textures everywhere… and a collection that blended femininity with a sporty edge in the most effortless way. We LOVE it. Felt so happy watching a fashion show again at the most beautiful venue @potatoheadbali
