We’re 2 weeks into 2024… How many of us have already fallen out of our hefty fitness “resolutions”?

Here’s how to really get into our best shape in years.

What we do EVERY DAY matters more than we do every so often.

No one said it was going to be easy, but it is simple 💯

You’re worth it

This is going to be unique!

I’m prompted to contribute this year as so many are challenged in moving forward.

45 Days.

Some lessons may be obvious, yet direct. While others will provoke you to shift your perspective.

Let’s not just change WHAT you become, let’s change WHO you become.

Tomorrow, on January 1st 2026, 365 days will be added to your account whether you feel ready for them or not... and that fact alone should stop you for a second, because nothing about those days will be different from the ones you’ve already lived, unless you decide they are.

Everyone gets the same number.

No bonus time.

No extensions.

Just a full year placed in front of you, quietly asking what you’re going to do with it... and if you’re honest, you already know the answer (you don’t want to say out loud).

You know where you’ve been coasting.

You know where you’ve been waiting instead of working.

You know the goals you talk about like they’re coming someday while your days keep passing exactly the same.

It’s uncomfortable to admit... but most of the life you want isn’t being kept from you... it’s simply being postponed BY you. Not because you don’t want it badly enough, but because WANTING something is easier than BUILDING it.

BUILDING it asks you to show up on the days where Motivation isn’t there, and Progress isn’t obvious.

But the Truth is nothing changes just because the calendar does.

A New Year doesn’t hand you a New Life... it hands you TIME, and then it watches what you do with it.

Time is honest.

It rewards effort.

It compounds small actions.

It exposes excuses.

A year from now your life will look different; that part is guaranteed.

The only question is, is will it look different because you finally decided to work for what you say you want, or because you spent another year explaining why now isn’t the time!

In a few short hours 365 days will be added to our account...

⚾️ Ready to level up your 14U game? Our current Huntley 47’s 13U travel baseball squad is taking flight to Algonquin in 2026, elevating our already strong game as Eagles Elite! 🦅
Sure, competing and winning is fun (currently a 37-8-2 season), but it’s more so important to have the right coaches in your corner that lead with focused development, positive reinforcement, & growth mindsets as High School ball is right around the corner. Give yourself an experience you’ll actually enjoy!

We have two roster spots open for driven athletes who want to compete, grow, and win in a game they love to play. Come showcase your skills at tryouts Monday, July 14th at 5:30PM at our home field (Sunset Park)

Beyond the diamond, we’re a close and encouraging Family- Team events, positive player engagement, & no drama. If this sounds like your jam, register for the evaluations and experience it for yourself (no fees for tryouts).

DM me with questions of course #LetsGo
