Really glad I completed the 10th Annual CommUNITY Rainbow Run in Downtown Orlando a couple weeks ago! Seeing Angel Action out in front of Pulse was more emotional than I'd expected. #running #Pride #runwalkrun taken in Pulse Nightclub Memorial by @feenyks

Another 5K in the books, and my fastest one yet! The Milk Run 5K, powered by T.G. Lee Dairy, in the Milk District was a lot of fun! I really appreciate the support from friends, family, and my new running family. #Running #runyourownpace #RunWalkRun #WalkRunWalk taken in The Milk District by @feenyks

Another 5K done! Not speedy, but I didn't push this one like I did the last one. Thank you to @floridarunningcompany for putting the Hippity Hop 5K! Had a great time running the Dream Finders Homes Lucky Charm 5K today! Found a way to push and keep more of a pace this time, which was good. I even set a few PRs in Strava! My thanks to @homestatebrewingco and Florida Running Company for putting on the event.

Just completed my first ever 5K! I had never thought I'd be interested in, much less be able to FINISH a race. If it wasn't for @thefitflounder 's videos, my experience working with @rundisney , and the weekly walks with @baylakewalkclub , I'd still think that I couldn't do it. Thanks, y'all! #EveryMileIsMagic #RunYourRace #SurprisedMyself taken in Southern Hill Farms by @feenyks

Said my last goodbyes to Dinoland USA yesterday. I'm grateful to have gotten to see the Chipmunks and Dino Diva Daisy, eaten one last meal at Restaurantosaurus, and gone back in time with a whole gaggle of Dr. Seekers (twice!). I'm really glad I got deployed to Dinoland during my College Program, as that's when I learned more about the area's story and started looking out for the minute details (like the old Resto costume hanging up to dry!). My deepest gratitude to all the cast who have worked there over the past 28 years. Extinction is forever, but so are the memories.

Starting a new chapter in life, and trying to be a bit more active. I've been really inspired by the #rundisney athletes this year, so I'm gonna check this out. Let's see how it goes! #running #morelikewalking #joggingmaybe #babysfirst5k by @feenyks

This morning I had to say my final goodbyes to one of the sweetest creatures that's ever entered my life. I love you, Buddy. Life won't be the same without my little man. #doggo #sweetpupper #mylilman #justalittleguy #dogsofinstagram #dog by @feenyks
