Something is happening in America, and I think it deserves a conversation.

In recent months, I’ve come across multiple cases involving Nigerians living in the U.S.—including professionals, military personnel, green card holders and others—getting caught up in serious criminal cases.

We’re talking about Air Force members involved in phishing schemes, a correctional officer accused of smuggling drugs into prison, a paramedic convicted of sexually assaulting a teenage patient, a priest sentenced for sexual assault, and several major fraud and money-laundering cases.

Now, this does NOT represent Nigerians in America as a whole. Millions of Nigerians are working hard, building careers, raising families and doing exceptionally well.

But when several cases start appearing within a short period, it raises a fair question: what is going on?

I’m presenting the documented cases. You can look at the evidence and form your own opinion.

This VeryDarkMan and Bayo Onanuga issue is bigger than social media drama.

A fake video/audio connected to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu started spreading online, and before proper verification was done, it became a federal-level controversy.

From the public trail, the video appears to have moved from a Crownprince/GRV Stan-linked watermark, to @pious_minister on X, and then to Bayo Onanuga’s reaction post.

Now, the name being mentioned online is Omayegun Peter Taiwo from Okitipupa, Ondo State — but this must be investigated properly by the authorities before anyone presents it as final fact.

Because if AI was used to create fake presidential audio, especially with ethnic and political undertones, that is not ordinary content. That is dangerous.

Was this engagement farming?
Was it political manipulation?
Was it an attempt to incite Nigerians against one another?

The Nigeria Police and cybercrime authorities need to investigate this properly, because fake AI content can destroy reputations, create ethnic tension, and mislead an entire country.

This is why verification must come before outrage.
And accountability must apply to everyone — content creators, influencers, bloggers, and even government officials.

Tagging media and authorities because Nigeria cannot keep treating fake news like normal content.

This case is deeper than the viral accusation.

Stella claimed that a company called “MyAdmissionLink” scammed her of ₦18 million and caused her five-year Canada ban. But in this video, I break down the documents, payments, refund, police case, and the people involved — including CEO Olanipekun Kayode Paul, Bolanle, and Onome.

We look at how Stella allegedly gave her original Fidelity Bank statement to Onome, and how fake proof-of-funds documents were allegedly created with inflated balances — ₦18 million instead of about ₦22,000 — plus questionable transactions.

IRCC reportedly verified the statement with Fidelity Bank, discovered the forgery, rejected the visa, and issued a five-year ban for misrepresentation.

I also examine the ₦1.8 million refund, Stella’s claim that she was blocked after complaining, and allegations that Bolanle and Onome have worked on similar fake documents before.

I also called out the potential circumstances that the company might be aware of the escapade of Bolanle and Onome because this is not the first time someone is accusing them. How come the CEO does not know about it ?

This is a serious warning: never submit proof of funds you cannot defend. Even if an agent prepares it, you may carry the consequences.

Azaman Tobi and SPAC Nation sent me a cease-and-desist letter through J.B. Law. I rejected their demands and responded within 22 minutes.

Their 14-day deadline passed on October 30, 2026. I have now formally written back asking them to either pursue their claims in court or withdraw the letter.

I have also reminded them of Rule 7.2-4 of the Law Society of Ontario’s Rules of Professional Conduct, which prohibits abusive, offensive or otherwise unprofessional communications by lawyers. I have requested a response within seven days. If my concerns remain unresolved, I intend to submit a complaint for the Law Society to assess.

Separately, I am requesting access to my personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act—PIPEDA, Schedule 1, clauses 4.8 and 4.9. I want to know what information they hold about me, how it has been used, whom it has been shared with, and their policies for storing and protecting it.

The privacy request has its own legal timeline: generally 30 days under section 8(3), subject to permitted extensions and legal exemptions.

The ball is in their court. What do you think about how this has been handled? Leave a comment and share this to spread awareness.

Attending a reception at 11 Downing Street does not prove you were invited to meet the Prime Minister at Number 10.

Back to SCAM SPAC NXTION. In this video, I examine their claims alongside the evidence about the entrepreneurship reception they attended. Where is the proof of the meeting with the Prime Minister?

I also revisit earlier claims of political influence and the Immigration Tribunal’s findings. A prestigious address, a camera and a carefully presented video are not proof of government endorsement.

The authorities should investigate whether these representations were used to obtain money or other benefits through deception. Any evidence of criminal conduct deserves proper investigation.

Tag the Prime Minister and ask for a clear public response: was this group invited to meet him?

Watch the evidence, share this video and tell me what you think.

Before you tell Nigerians that APC deserves another term, let’s look at the numbers.

Are we safer? Can our salaries buy more food? What is the naira worth? What do the poverty figures show? And how much of our revenue goes into servicing debt?

In this video, I examine five areas: security, cost of living, naira value, poverty and public debt. If the government says Nigeria is making progress, Nigerians deserve to see how that progress translates into their everyday lives.

As we approach 2027, a celebrity endorsement cannot replace a record of performance. Whoever wants your vote should explain what they have delivered and what they intend to do differently.

Watch the breakdown and challenge my analysis with evidence. This conversation concerns all of us.

Based on these five areas, has APC earned another term? Tell me why in the comments, and share this video so others can join the discussion.

Before you turn your clock back this weekend, check where you live! 🇨🇦⏰

On Sunday, November 1, 2026, clocks in Toronto, Montreal and Halifax go back from 2 AM to 1 AM. But Alberta, Manitoba, most of British Columbia and the Northwest Territories are keeping their clocks unchanged. Saskatchewan and Yukon already use year-round time.

After the change, when it’s 6 PM in Toronto, it will be:
📍 5 PM in Calgary
📍 4 PM in Vancouver
📍 6 PM in Winnipeg

Your clock might stay the same, but the time difference with another province could change. Double-check your meetings, flights and appointments, and make sure your devices are updated.

Which city are you watching from? Share this with someone who needs the reminder!

Luxury on display, but what is happening behind the scenes?

Today, I examine the reported UK rent claim involving Minister Lydia Oyewole of the Wealth Family, her linked company, and the luxury spending featured in this story. A rent dispute alone does not establish fraud, but the questions about the wealth being presented to followers deserve answers.

As 11/11 approaches, look beyond the designer labels and promises of prosperity. Before you give your money, ask what it is funding and who will account for it.

I’m also introducing the SPAC Survivors Plan to help people who want to leave. If that is you, you deserve support and a chance to rebuild without shame.

Watch the full video, share it, and tell me what you think in the comments.

BACK TO SCAM SPAC NATION

Today, we are going deeper into my investigation of Hannah Amedu, also known as Hannah Bryant, and the disturbing evidence I have gathered concerning her activities and connections to SPAC Nation.

From supermarket shoplifting investigations to charity grant applications, fabricated documents, questionable identities and suspicious financial transactions, there is a lot to uncover.

In this video, I examine CCTV footage, photographs and other evidence connected to a shoplifting incident at Sainsbury’s, including details that raise serious questions about Hannah’s involvement.

But the most disturbing part of this investigation is THE CHARITY GRANTS AND STUDENT FINANCE SCHEME.

My investigation has uncovered serious questions surrounding how applications to UK charities and funding organisations were organised, including activities connected to fundraising for Azaman Toby’s annual November 11 birthday celebration.

I will explain how false identities, fabricated personal circumstances, questionable tenancy agreements and other supporting documents were reportedly used to obtain financial assistance intended for vulnerable people.

I also present transaction records showing £5,610 in payments received by Hannah Amedu, including payments labelled Professionals Aid and Market Res Ben A.

These are not just stories being circulated on social media. There is evidence that deserves proper examination by the relevant authorities.

How many charities were affected? How much money intended for vulnerable people was diverted? And who ultimately benefited from these financial arrangements?

There is much more to this investigation, and I look forward to presenting the evidence before the appropriate authorities and, where necessary, in court.

Charitable funds exist to support vulnerable people, not to finance extravagant lifestyles or religious fundraising campaigns through deception.

Behind every job cut is someone with bills, a family and plans for their future.

Microsoft has offered voluntary exit packages to around 60,000 eligible employees—over a quarter of its reported workforce. That does not mean 60,000 people have been laid off. But alongside further job cuts at Amazon, it gives workers plenty to think about.

What could change if you invested two focused hours a day into building something of your own?

This is not to put pressure on you to change your job overnight. Start by learning one skill: e-commerce, digital products, AI content creation or YouTube. Give yourself time to practise and understand what it takes. Additional income takes work, and results are never guaranteed.

This weekend, I’m partnering with The Passive Income Hub to host a FREE webinar exploring these opportunities.

In this episode, we examine allegations involving Hannah and her reported connection to the group we refer to as “SCAM SPAC NXTION,” including questions surrounding her reported aliases, linked companies and a GoFundMe campaign.

We explore claims that another person’s address was used in connection with fines, review records of linked companies listed as dissolved, and discuss allegations about how the fundraiser was presented and used. We distinguish what the records establish from what remains alleged: a company’s dissolution alone does not prove fraud.

Hannah has publicly shared her experience of alopecia universalis. Our scrutiny concerns her alleged actions and fundraising representations; her medical condition is not evidence of wrongdoing.

Watch the full breakdown and assess the material presented. Hannah and anyone else mentioned should have the opportunity to respond, with their responses considered alongside the evidence.

Share the episode to encourage informed scrutiny, and sign the petition if you support the call for an independent investigation and accountability. If you have relevant firsthand information or supporting documents, share them privately without exposing anyone’s address or other personal details. by @femi_unfiltered_evidence

Before you buy Dangote shares, understand what you’re buying.

The Dangote Refinery IPO closes today, October 27, 2026. I’ve taken time to go through the financial statements, and in this video, I explain the numbers in plain English.

From a ₦724 billion loss in 2025 to a ₦2.51 trillion profit in the first six months of 2026—what changed? What does becoming a shareholder mean? And how much of the expansion will the ₦2.15 trillion IPO target actually fund?

There is an opportunity here, but you also need to understand the debt, the risks and how long you may have to wait for returns. Profit does not automatically mean an immediate dividend, and returns are never guaranteed.

Please, this is not for your food money, rent or your children’s school fees. Don’t let the excitement push you into a decision you don’t understand.

This is my personal opinion and analysis, not financial advice.

Are you buying, waiting or sitting this one out? Tell me why in the comments.
