POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Ending the season as a national champion👑

Very satisfied with this weekend's results in both the 3000m and 1500m after having difficulty finding my rhythm back after a break.

Had lots of fun this weekend with everybody and learned a lot!📈💓🫶

No time to rest because xc is just around the corner!

Grazie, Rieti🇮🇹

I may have not shown what I'm capable of but I'm forever proud I got to race here 3 times and give my all. I learned so many things and I'll take all the experiences with me in the future.

Overall I want to thank @atletiekunienl for this amazing opportunity and all athletes that made this week unforgettable🧡

You win some, you lose some✨️

My expectations were higher, but I ended up getting 14th place. However, I'm still super proud of myself that I got to race the final and compete against the best girls of Europe.

Tomorrow, we go one more time. Let's give it all🧡 taken in Stadio Raul Guidobaldi by @fenneruigrok

Thank you, Utah🇺🇸

These two weeks have been the most amazing weeks of my life, where I've met the nicest people ever.
I've got to experience a real American teenage life with lots of training, track meets, prom, high school, sightseeing, beautiful hikes and so much more.

Thanks to coach Ferdin for letting me train with the Layton High girls and ofcourse all athletes for running and racing with me and supporting me along the way!!

I want to especially thank Jamie and her family for making this internship possible, for taking me to the track all the time and helping me with hurdles, showing me around Utah and taking me to lots of fun acitivities. You are the best and I couldn't have imagened a better host family❤️

I'll miss you guys so much, and I'll never forgot you all🫶 by @fenneruigrok
