Today is a very special day for me. 🏛️❤️

Today, El Templo officially paid off the credit I took to purchase the equipment that helped bring this little dream to life. The bars, the weights, the machines, the toys I get to use every day to do what I love. 💪🏽

And I can’t celebrate this milestone without saying thank you.

To every client who has trusted me with their time, their goals, their struggles, and their progress. To every person I’ve had the privilege of working with during these four years since moving to Nashville. To the people I worked alongside in Playa del Carmen, and to everyone who has taught me, supported me, encouraged me, and shared this road with me.

Every session, every conversation, every person has been part of this. This business was built one relationship at a time.

And to my wife, Jen: thank you for believing in me, supporting my crazy dreams, and making room for this new chapter in our lives. You are the manager of my heart, my inspiration, and one of the people who makes it possible for me to keep building. I owe you so much. ❤️

I’m almost 50, and I never imagined that one day I would have my own business—let alone a business doing what I love most: serving people, being useful, and helping others become a little stronger, healthier, and more confident.

To be even a tiny part of someone else’s journey fills my heart with so much joy.

So today, I’m celebrating more than a paid-off credit. I’m celebrating trust, hard work, love, and the courage to build something I once only dreamed about.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who has been part of El Templo and this journey.

The dream is real. And we keep building. 🏛️💪🏽❤️

Sometimes repetition is the point. 🔁

Coming back to the same movements.
The same routines.
The same work.

Not because every day is the same — but because it never is. 🌱

When you become familiar with the structure, you start noticing everything that changes within it: your energy, your mood, your body, your spirit, the season you’re in. ☀️🌧️

The repetition becomes the anchor. ⚓️
The structure becomes the boat. ⛵️

And from there, you can navigate whatever waves the day brings. 🌊

Maybe that’s where practice becomes craft — when you stop chasing something new and start paying deeper attention to what’s already in front of you.

Back to the work.
Back to the movement.
Back to the present moment. 🏛️

✨ Reflexión de domingo ✨

Estas últimas semanas me recordaron partes de mi infancia que creía muy lejos. Por momentos volví a sentirme pequeño, con ganas de resolverlo todo y cargando responsabilidades que nunca me correspondieron. 🌧️

Pero esta vez fue diferente.

La vida me recordó que ya no soy ese niño. Sigo siendo la misma persona, pero he crecido. He aprendido. Tengo herramientas. Puedo detenerme, respirar y elegir cómo responder. 🌱

También entendí algo que me da mucha paz: yo no vengo solamente de mi historia, ni de mis heridas. Vengo de mucho antes. Vengo del universo, de las estrellas… y hacia allá voy algún día. ✨🌌

Entre esos dos infinitos está esta vida, y quiero vivirla con presencia. ❤️

Todo esto despertó viejas ganas de escapar, incluso de volver a beber. Y sentarme con esa incomodidad, sin correr de ella, me recordó que solo tengo que vivir un día a la vez. 🙏🏽

Esta mañana volvió a salir el sol. 🌅 Y entendí que siempre vuelve.

El dolor no desaparece por arte de magia. Los recuerdos tampoco. Pero ya no tienen que escribir el resto de la historia. 🍃

Con paciencia, con amor y con un día a la vez, siempre podemos volver a encontrar un amanecer. ☀️

Gracias a quienes han estado cerca estas semanas. Y si tú también estás atravesando una tormenta, ojalá recuerdes que ninguna noche dura para siempre. 🤍
