We love our school and our @inglewoodes teachers. Showed some love today by setting up a carwash. Can’t wait to do it again next year.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to all teachers! Not sure what the world would do without you. #inglewoodelementary #pta#supergrass #alright clueless

Hell yeah—we made Club Purple at AF East Nash 💜

That means our gym has been recognized by the franchise as one of the top-performing clubs—not just in numbers, but in the experience provided, feedback received, and culture we’re building every day.

Truth is, this has nothing to do with us and everything to do with YOU. The early mornings, the consistency, the support you show each other—that’s what made this happen.

And a huge shoutout to our coaches and staff—the energy, accountability, and care you bring every single day is what sets this place apart.

Let’s make healthy happen!

January as a freelancer sometimes brings uncertainty and a sense of instability, but it also opens space for a slower pace, renewed balance, and reframing what comes next. ✨

I finally met one of my photographer idols, @lindsayadler_photo, celebrated milestones of the ones I love the most, focused on purpose, created boundaries, and took the time to breathe. ❤️

Nashville: a year in review. My flight to my new life in Nice is about to takeoff. This has been the hardest move I’ve ever done. I didn’t want to leave even though I know it’s the right move to make. But home is where the heart is, and my heart beats here, no matter how far away from it I am.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to give a hearty thank you to all of my friends, old and new, who made this the best year of my life. I’m so lucky to be in my 40’s and still have times like these.

The theme of my goodbye party was “Things I Won’t Get in France” but for all goofy food and costumes, the things I won’t get over there are these people. To steal a line one of them said to me, thank you for the gift of your friendship. I’m carrying that gift with me as a reminder of what I’ll always have, no matter how things shake down elsewhere.

Au revoir Nashville. Je reviendrai un jour.
