There’s something special about stepping onto the mat and realizing that everywhere you look, there’s another woman who can challenge you. ❤️‍🔥

We trained hard, learned from each other, shared rounds, laughs and exhaustion, and somehow a room full of competitors became a community. ✨

Golden feels like support and challenge, all in one🪷☀️

Le mani di un lottatore sono una cosa che ho sempre notato dal giorno uno in cui ho scoperto questo sport, e sono la cosa che mi ha sempre affascinato di più.
Di certo non sono mani esili ed esteticamente belle, anzi sono spesso tozze e con le dita rotte e storte, piene di calli sulle nocche e con le unghie cortissime.
Ma sono mani forti, vissute e che rispecchiano tutto della persona che sei. Sono mani che dimostrano le ore spese sul tatami, giorno dopo giorno, infortunio dopo infortunio, dopo ogni giornata bella o brutta che sia, sempre lì pronte a tirare quel maledetto kimono.

Ieri mentre aspettavo di lottare ho puntato l’occhio sulle mie mani ed ho notato che alla fine anche loro sono diventate come quelle dei lottatori che tanto guardavo il giorno 0, sono diventate tozze, gli anelli che usavo tempo fa ora non vanno più bene, sono con le dita storte, rotte e piene di calli.

E li ho pensato a quante ore spese sul tatami, quante cene saltate per un allenamento, quante feste saltate il weekend per una gara, quanti amici persi perché non capivano quello per cui stavo lavorando, a quanta strada stavo facendo per arrivare ad avere queste mani.

E poi ho pensato: “Ma ne è valsa davvero la pena per arrivare qui oggi e magari poi perdere?”
E alla fine la risposta è stata solo una: Eccome se ne vale la pena! Sto vivendo quello che guardavo con gli occhi a cuore 9 anni fa quando ho iniziato, e anche se i risultati a volte non sono come quelli sperati, le mie mani sono la prova che non ho mai smesso di provarci e lavorare, anche quando la mia testa magari aveva smesso di crederci.

Grazie a tutti quelli che stanno condividendo questo viaggio con me, che ieri e ancora oggi hanno trovato il tempo di scrivermi un in bocca al lupo o di chiedermi come fosse andata, sono davvero fortunata 🤍

Alla fine sono grata di avere le mani da lottatrice e non da principessa

Day 4. The last rounds, but definitely not the end. ✨🪷

Four days of hard training, endless rounds, new connections, laughter, challenges, support and so much inspiration.

We came from different countries, different teams and different backgrounds, but somehow Golden made us feel like one team. ❤️‍🔥

We pushed each other, learned from each other, celebrated each other and created the kind of environment where every woman’s ambition was understood and respected.
We leave tired, fulfilled and inspired with new training partners, new friendships and bigger goals than when we arrived.

This was Golden Pro Camp II. ☀️🇨🇾

Tough sessions, tired bodies and smiles that never seem to fade. 🔥

Another full day on the mats, pushing through every round, learning from each other and challenging ourselves.

Day 2 at Golden ✨🪷

Two tough sessions, high vibes and a group that’s getting closer by the hour. 🔥

After a hard morning session, we took the energy off the mats and straight to the beach, sharing laughs, stories and a little bit of summer together. 🌊☀️

Back on the mats for another tough session, pushing each other, learning from one another and raising the level together.

That’s the beauty of a camp like this: the more we share, the stronger the community becomes. ❤️‍🔥

Sharing knowledge, helping each other, laughing between rounds and then pushing each other the moment we’re back on the mats 🔥

There’s something special that happens when you put so many women who love jiu-jitsu in the same room, competition turns into cooperation, strangers become training partners, and everyone leaves with something they didn’t have before.
This is the community we wanted Golden to create. ❤️‍🔥

GOLDEN PRO CAMP 2026 HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED❤️‍🔥

More than 60 girls on the mat.

It felt like the best female jiu-jitsu team in the world had come together on one mat ❤️‍🔥

After the first training session, everyone had the same look on their face. Happy, exhausted, fulfilled… almost in disbelief at how many incredible training partners were in one room✨
