A nourished cup changes the world.

Do you happen to feel guilt for saying no to invitations?

Do you feel guilt for canceling plans? Or changing your mind?

DO YOU FEEL GUILT FOR TAKING TIME FOR YOURSELF? ? ? SELF CARE ?

WHY DO WE FEEL GUILT FOR MAKING OUR NEEDS IMPORTANT?

WHEN DID THE WORD SELF-ISH BEGIN TO HAVE A PROBLEMATIC CONNOTATION?

When you are smiling, baby — when you are shining, baby — that’s the holy work

When you are living on purpose, enjoying a long exhale — that’s the holy work

A pleasurable, authentic life has the power to move mountains, my dear.

FOCUS ON YOU, TOO ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

it’ll take you places
(places you want to go)

This is the GOLDEN I believe in ✨

To create a place where ambition is supported, inspired and challenged.
It reminds you of what’s possible💗

Dreams get bigger. And opportunities are created.

To every woman who has been part of this journey, thank you for helping turn this vision into something real.

There’s something special about stepping onto the mat and realizing that everywhere you look, there’s another woman who can challenge you. ❤️‍🔥

We trained hard, learned from each other, shared rounds, laughs and exhaustion, and somehow a room full of competitors became a community. ✨

Golden feels like support and challenge, all in one🪷☀️

One last open mat❤️‍🔥

Tired bodies, endless rounds, and somehow nobody wanted it to end.

By the last day, there was nothing left to prove, just good rounds, good energy, and making the most of every minute together.

The perfect way to close Golden II. ✨🪷

Special thanks to @grrrl_clothing
for all the support🌸🤍

Four days of hard training with high level women at @goldenprocamp in Cyprus 🤼‍♀️🌅

Thanks to Eleftheria for organising it all, I couldn’t recommend the camp enough! It was great to build friendships with likeminded women in the sport and get to know them on a personal level, outside of just training 💛☀️
