Dr. Sarah Cascante shares some of the fascinating data behind egg freezing: your eggs remain the age they were when you froze them — and our research shows that egg quality remains consistent whether they’ve been frozen for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, or longer.

That means when it comes to future pregnancy potential, the age at which you freeze your eggs matters more than how long they stay frozen.

One more reason why understanding your fertility options earlier can be so valuable. 💜 by @fertility_ny

We know how hard it is when a transfer doesn’t work. The wait, the hope, the disappointment — it’s real, and it’s okay to feel it fully. But new research from our team offers something worth holding onto: in a study of nearly 5,800 patients, the chance of achieving a live birth kept climbing with each embryo transfer — reaching 96% after three transfers and approaching 99% after five or six. Just as important, the odds of success didn’t decline after a failed attempt. Each additional euploid embryo carried roughly the same chance as the one before it, and true recurrent implantation failure remained rare, affecting fewer than 5% of patients.

If you’ve had a transfer that didn’t work, this data is a reminder: it doesn’t predict what comes next. We’re here to help you keep going, for as long as that’s the right path for you.
