Our FGA Crew getting it done at @grit_stampede @gritperformancecentre this time last week!

We love a good comp! What a day out. Thanks to @_brodiemae & @tysonmaherr for always throwing a challenging & fulfilling day.

They help us in anyway they can, so we love to support these golden eggs 🫶🏽 Through thick & thin ✨ FGA X GRIT 🩵🧡 by @fgathletic_

You have to earn your skills, & I am here to show you how 🫡

The Open will be coming around again in February, don’t wait until January to try master those skills.

Start now.

Start by letting someone show you all these tips, tricks & how to develop these skills beyond the workshop.

Our very first gymnastics workshop is coming! 🩵

Already planned, programmed & ready for launch. Not only with a morning of learning, but knowledge to take away on how to build on what you learnt & homework will be provided! 🥲

Keep your eyes peeled for what skill it is going to be covering…

There will only be 10 spots available.

14th of November.
Put it in your calendars, tag a friend. by @fgathletic_
