POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve spent so much of the last 12 months questioning whether I was doing enough, progressing enough, becoming enough.

Then I actually looked back.

Multiple CrossFit comps. 🏋🏼‍♀️
My first CrossFit podium 🥉
A half marathon with basically no training and the flu. 🏃🏼‍♀️
HYROX.
Walking over 50km overnight.
My first sub 30 minute 5km, which is now somehow the norm. Huge lifting PBs.
Turf Games with the @lskd crew.
Representing some of my favourite brands

All while juggling motherhood, business, injuries, burnout, life and surviving one of the most challenging years I’ve had with my mental health.

And I didn’t do any of it alone.

My kids gave me a reason to keep showing up, even on the days I didn’t feel like myself. My friends held me together, hyped me up, made me laugh when I needed it and reminded me of my strength when I couldn’t see it for myself.

Turns out I wasn’t falling behind.

I was becoming someone I’m really proud of.
I’m still struggling. I’m still finding my way through some of it.

But I’m not where I was.

I’m stronger, louder, braver and more certain of who I am.

And if this is what I can do while fighting through one of the hardest years of my life, I cannot wait to see what happens next.

I’m only just getting started. 🥹🥹

25-29 age group is always stacked with some CFG Indi Semi Final athletes in the mix.

Can the 2025 podium do it again?

Or will the next wave of athletes coming through give them a run for their money in 2026?

Who you backing this year?

@partyinthepark2026 with @sdlkijdn 🔥

What a day it was yesterday!!
Good vibes, the best support and a fantastic community to be around.

Matched PB in the lifting event for me, only got that PB the week before the comp when testing the workout so stoked to get it under some fatigue and had more in the tank, but the clock beat me.

3 heat wins for us + 3rd highest lifting total in the female open division, which wasn’t on our bingo card 😏

9th overall out of 32 in the female open division. Proud of that.

Ps. my back will need 5 business days to recover after all that barbell slinging and slamming amongst everything else 🫠

Thankyou to everyone that came and supported and for all the love out there on the floor.
And thankyou to @bailietynan for running such a great comp and bringing the best vibes. We will be back next year 🫡

My first thought is all the thankyou’s🤩

Thankyou @leeduffy10 for being a great partner and for the huge effort you always put in to learn and to be the best you can be.
So proud of you for wanting to keep at those handstand push ups and not just let me do them, because I could easily be a handstand push up hog!🤭😆
Congratulations on your snatch P.B too🥳, another win for the day!

Thank you to @bailietynan and the @fgathletic_ crew for organising and running a great day!
I appreciate all the work.
I know it’s a lot.
Loved the shirts, loved the vibe and loved the day!
You’ve got a heart of gold Bailey, please rest a little today my little energizer bunny!🥰

Thankyou to my adopted CrossFit family @audax_athletic for always being a blast to hang out with, the support and laughs are endless☺️

Another day to be grateful to be alive🤩💗
