بس الأهم إنّك ما تمرقي بهالمرحلة لحالك. لما النساء يشاركوا تجاربهن ويحكوا عن اللي عم يمرقوا فيه، ويطلبوا الرعاية المناسبة، بيصير أسهل يفهموا هالمرحلة ويتعاملوا مع تغييراتها.

في إطار برنامج HEI Certificate في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت، الذي يركّز على التفكير النقدي وحلّ المشكلات في السياقات الإنسانية، عُقد لقاء بين وزارة الدولة لشؤون التنمية الإدارية وطلاب البرنامج، تناول إصلاح القطاع العام والابتكار.

وخلال اللقاء، عرضت الوزارة تحدّياً عملياً من واقع القطاع العام، ناقشه الطلاب انطلاقاً من خلفياتهم الأكاديمية المتنوعة، ضمن تجربة تعلّم تطبيقية. وسيعملون خلال دورتهم الشتوية على تطوير نموذج أولي وتقديمه لاحقاً إلى الوزارة.

نتطلّع إلى متابعة تطوّر أفكارهم، ومواصلة هذا الحوار والتعاون بين الأوساط الأكاديمية والقطاع العام.

As part of AUB’s HEI Certificate program, which focuses on critical thinking and problem-solving in humanitarian settings, OMSAR and a group of students came together for an exchange on public-sector reform and innovation.

During the discussion, OMSAR presented a practical public-sector challenge, which students explored from their diverse academic perspectives as part of their experiential learning. During their winter session, they will develop a prototype and present it to OMSAR at a later stage.
