Wow wow wow!! Thank you everyone for such a fantastic day at Fibre Spirit!!

A day filled with fibre, creativity, community — and coffee. ☕️🧶✨

We loved being part of @fibrespirit at the @barriecurlingclub_bcc, serving up coffee while the Canadian fibre arts community came together to knit, crochet, weave, spin, felt, shop and share their craft.

There’s something pretty special about a room full of people who love making things by hand. 🤎

It's been a fantastic day so far at Fibre Spirit!

We're here until 4pm at the Barrie Curling Club in Barrie ON! Tickets are $5 at the door, food and coffee onsite and so many amazing vendors!

Our 2026 Fibre Spirit Vendor Map! Just a reminder, the Fibre Spirit Festival is this Saturday August 29th from 10:00am - 4:00pm at the Barrie Curling Club in Barrie.

Have a look at the map beforehand and plan your yarn-filled shopping route! We'll have paper copies at the door, or you can save a tree and scan the scannable QR code at the door as well.

You can pre-purchase your festival tickets online until tomorrow at 7:00pm. Tickets will also be available at the door for $5.00 cash.

There is no ATM on site so please bring cash with you. Many of our vendors do accept cards as well, but it's always best to be prepared with options.

We can't wait to see and spend the day with you on Saturday!

We still have a few class spots left, but some classes are sold out or have very limited spaces remaining. Class registration closes on Wednesday (tomorrow), so if you were thinking of taking a class while at Fibre Spirit this year, sign up today if you can!

If you're taking a class, there's no need to purchase an entry ticket to the festival - it's included in your online class fee!

Fibre Spirit Festival Vendor - Artful Fibres

"I make tools for spinners and weavers! I make and sell 3D printed shuttles, small looms, and other weaving tools as well as copper and PVC looms and supported spindles. I am collaborating with a local wood turner to bring gorgeous drop and supported spindles to the fibre community. I also sell locally sourced and processed roving."
